:o OH MY GOD, WATCH SHERLOCK NOW! Oh, and a serious warning: If you think you can't love him any more than you already do now, just know you will be obsessed. Avoid tumblr at all costs! And welcome to the club!

I was waiting for this thread to show up again. I'm almost through all the Sherlock episodes. Oh my God they are so good I can't stand it. Incredible. It makes that shitty CBS Sherlock show even more of a joke.

I'm not at all interested in Star Trek (not a J. J. Abrams fan), but I'll go see the movie because BC is supposed to be so good in it.

(Still have one more Sherlock to watch...)

BBC One was going to reveal the title of S3E3 but the Wimbledon match is taking forever. You would have had to watch all 3.

I heard about that, but I thought the name of the last episode was already revealed/leaked. Hmm

I was so excited to watch this when I got home! He kills me. Sighhh...Just when you think you can't love him more. I loved when he reenacts the rooftop scene and gestures with his hands crying on the phone with John  And the whimpering!

    That is so great.

I just finished reading a book about Bletchley Park and breaking the Enigma code and there's a lot about Alan Turing, this genius mathematician who helped build the machine that broke the code and his life story is really incredible (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alan_Turing) and then I read yesterday there's a new movie being shot, The Imitation Game, starring our beloved BC as Alan Turing. He will be, of course, fabulous.

(And how great is Parade's End? Very glad he was nominated for an Emmy.)

 Richard Brook! I laughed so hard. Oh man. The fandom is so much fun because BC is so prolific and there's so much to look forward to, and since today is his birthday, Buzzfeed has a ton of articles about him that are pretty hilarious. Seriously, it's like Buzzfeed: Cumberbatch edition

Wow - he's playing Alan Turing? He will be perfect. Alan Turing's story tears up my heart. (My first degree was in Compuer science)

Love Sherlock the show - eager for the new season.

I'm going to be in New Zealand for the BBC One premier date and Australia for the PBS premier date. And I can't for the freaking life of me find out when it's supposed to premier in New Zealand. So if there are any Kiwis on here who know, please do tell.

I just started watching, and finished, this awesome series so far. I do appreciate a show that stretches for an hour plus and has real acting and intrigue. Huge fan so far and hope they start making this a regular thing. As for now I think I will restart the 9 episodes. Question though: what do our English friends think of this? (I didn't search the whole thread) Living in New England my whole life I have never wanted to visit England so much, ever, until watching this show. Beautiful place.

    Wind this thing up.
