Airplanes (if I'm on it)
Clowns (thanks Poltergeist)
Spiders (any spider it could be the size of a bb) because I know it's out to get me!!!
Last but not least ...the brain eating amoeba aka Naegleria Fowleri. There are more and more cases of this every year and some speculate there are more which were misdiagnosed. Needless to say it's rare we go tubing or swimming at the lake any more.

Clowns were in Poltergeist? I haven't seen the movie in ages (that and the Exorcist scared the shit out of me), but i don't recall clown in it. Sure you weren't thinking of Stephen King's "It"?8/28/98- Camden, NJ

When you're watching the news and someone's identity is blacked out (so they look like a silhouette) and they use that creepy voice changer device... OMG that FREAKS me OUT! I have to change the station....Post edited by Crystal the Pistol onAUSTIN: 9/16/1995

maggots. i blame poltergeist.Show #13 was a lucky one for me....0

Oh jesus...maggots here too. Between Poltergeist and those old episodes of Fear Factor where people actually ate them...
ugh.
Gotta say though, aside from the serious types of freak-outs like pandora mentioning the quick passing of time, there's not a whole lot that gets me to that point anymore.
Except for bees. Me in their proximity is hilarious.0 -
only thing that really freaks me out is being claustrophobic (I mean tight tight spots like a coffin or something)8/28/98- Camden, NJ
