What a disaster information wise this has been...

    you can say that again...

And there is still 3 days away, so they can still mess something up even more.

Live Nation should stick to overcharging for beer at amphitheaters.....they aren't festival promoters!

Anyone else find it ironic that "Made in America" is being put on by a Belgian-Brazilian beer conglomerate and a former crack dealer? Hell, one if the few rock bands is from Sweden. :nono:

Still, with all the shit with organizing and info and Cornell.

CAN'T WAIT TO SEE PEARL JAM!!!! :D

Maybe the schedule, though still confused about the 3 stages shown on the map:

    http://philadelphia.cbslocal.com/2012/08/29/full-schedule-for-this-weekends-made-in-america-festival-released/

drake is going to play at 8 and PJ at 9.....i have no idea, but i guess he'll just be out there with a mic?

Yea, this doesn't look good(PJ's set could be really SHORT?) unless The Drake is ONLY playing a couple of songs?

Mayor Nutter is warning people to stay away if they don't have/intend on buying tickets....he even went as far as saying the music will sound muffled if you listen outside the festival gates.

I am finding it amusing the "outrage" being expressed on the facebook site about this festival being a clusterfuck because of the information flow. Was it that long ago where we found out about a concert from a poster or a newspaper ad, and then didn't get any more information until we showed up?

Now, people are trying to download apps and are demanding schedules weeks in advance...

Not saying some more info wouldn't be nice at this point, but honestly, all probably will be fine, ultimately. And if the concert sucks it won't because we didn't get the iphone app.

Call me crazy but I think Chris Cornell made the right decision to back out of this festival. I love pearl jam and live in Philly but you couldn't pay me to go to this concert... I'll listen to my spectrum boots instead. :corn:
    Good luck down there folks

I live about an hour away from Philly, and I also made the decision not to go. As much as I would like to, there were just too many reasons not to go. So I guess I'll be listening to my Spectrum boots too! :)

I live 2.5 hours away and I've decided to go to the festival, come back and listen to the Spectrum boots, and then listen to the MIA boot when it's released :D
