Anyone that thinks this has any merit is out of their minds.

What's next, blaming rock 'n roll and video games??? Oh....wait....

Seriously, everyone's always looking for someone else to blame for their own problems.

for the sake of discussion ... i pose this question to you ...

if you as a parent tell your children that people of somewhereland want to kill you utilizing a formula of fear and hate ... what do you think your children will think of people from somewhereland?
They wouldn't like them, and the parents are teaching CHILDREN.

and what are children!? ... ignorant ... and easily indoctrinated ... being an adult doesn't change that ... the issue here is trust ... even as adults we listen to our parents because we trust them ... we listen to our friends because we trust them ... we listen to priests and police because we trust them ... the skill required is called critical thinking ... being an adult doesn't give you that ...

this woman lacked the critical thinking skills and she bought into the propaganda and fear that fox peddled ... just like so many other people ... in some regards, religion works the same way ... we have parents who refuse to take their kids to doctors because their "faith" doesn't allow it ...

Do you even realize (or anyone for that matter) how many people are devoted to Fox News? Yeah, it's idiotic to believe what that station writes up, but billions of people listen to it and take it for truth. That's dangerous. They have a responsibility to their viewers to give accurate information.

So Fox news is now reponsibile for the actions of those who are not able to thinking critically?
So Fox news is to blame because SHE chose to trust them?

Dude...I'm just saying don't call other people out for being trolls and then do the same thing. Can't have it both ways. You post was stupid, but who cares, everyone makes stupid posts from time to time, but then to try and call someone else out right afterwards....

So, I have a question for you. Do you believe that lyrics from songs contributes to people doing stupid things (suicide, murder, etc.)?

please post anyone saying fox is solely responsible for this woman's death outside the son ... the majority of us are simply saying that when you peddle lies and use fear as your propaganda tool - there are consequences ... but it's gone way over your heads ...

why is it so hard for you guys to comprehend that!?? ... i think i know what it is ... you guys like fox because fox feeds you what you want to hear so, anything that may make fox look bad - you're gonna defend it ... but instead of actually defending their practice - you selectively choose what you want to read and stick to it ...

it's sad really ... 8 pages and you guys didn't listen to a single thing ...

and if making posts like you do gives you joy and you get a kick out of it ... go for it ... i have never reported anyone ever all my time here so feel free ... it doesn't really bother me to be quite honest ... in my opinion - all it does is show you don't have an independent thought on the matter ... but that's just me ...

Somebody asked if suicide caused by lyrics in a song is the same thing. No, it's not. A song is art and personal feelings. Fox news is, purportedly, you know, THE NEWS. Or should I say "The News".

Something that calls itself "News" has a responsibility to report truthfully, even if it is biased (like, say, the Daily Show, which ironically is a parody).

Obviously Fox News is not 100% responsible for this woman's death (nor is her son (son, right?)). I know you people are all black & white, but that's not how the real world works.

Black and white :? more like red and blue and that's how the world works way too often

again if it were a liberal station ...say CNN
the liberals might be saying something different

me I think it is ridiculous to blame a TV station red or blue

this was up to the family to handle... I have a feeling due to her set ways
she perhaps might have been ignored, not seriously considered to be
    suffering from dementia....
this when she needed someone making decisions for her.

It is a tragedy based in family not TV.
