Wow! I've heard it before but amazing listening again to Ed asking the crowd to sing in the tag on Daughter on the NA album, when he says 'I'm gonna ask you to do something & it's nerve-wracking because the last time we had to ask a crowd to do something was under completely different circumstances...' ie was when they asked the crowd to move back at Roskilde & now thinking of that image of Ed dropping to his knees when they realised WTF was going on from the PJ20 movie. Wow. Just wow.
+1000...I got a big lump in my throat at work (had my ear buds in) Glad I didn't burst into tears & risk everyone thinking I'm nuts. OK, more nuts :D

So glad you guys are enjoying this project :).

The Daughter tag mix was a lot of fun to make - there were so many great ones in 2000, but that was only half of them ;) ...

Download LIVE ON 3 LEGS - NA Leg I Side B now up!

Amazing job!! The Remasters are fantastic!!!

The crowd noise on Of The Girl is great, and I'd know the version of Black like the back of my hand - Ljubljana, Slovenia right? And that Daughter mix is seamlessly done, much better than the one for the 2003 tour.

I think Euro Side A is gonna see a lot of play on my ipod....

And enjoying immensely ridley. For someone with only a handful of 2000 boots, this a true gift & I cannot thank you enough. I remember seeing them in Michigan in Oct 2000 like it was yesterday. It was like their pain & grief were palpable but the love flowing in that venue from band to fan & back again was magic.
Your flow, transitions & tags are stellar!!!

Thanks... I can't say that enough.. I love listening to others mix tapes... i've made my own concerts from 2000 many times.. It's just not as fun when you pick it out, because you know what's coming up.. with projects like this, i just pop it in, turn off the lights, TURN IT UP and listen. Cool to see which versions of which songs you chose... so again... Thanks...

Can I pay someone to do all the work for me and send me finished copies of this amazing work. I am not the most technologically adept, but I would LOVE to have a copy of this collection. Any takers?

This is a great piece of work.

This is just the sort of thing I've been looking for. Lately I've been ripping complete shows from the 2000 tour based on covers/improvs/known good versions of songs but then struggling to get through the show from end to end. I really needed a fresh take on this tour.

The artwork looks fantastic, but I could use some advice on sticker printing from anyone out there. Paper types, best type of printer to use. I've found a good, affordable UK source for chipboard covers, but I don't have much faith in the lifespan of my decals! I don't worry too much about the disc artwork as I use Verbatim Vinyl CD-R's to make them look like mini Vinyl LP's.

What's your uk source for the chipboard covers

I recently purchased 30 cases for about 12 quid from Eco-Craft.

    https://secure.eco-craft.co.uk/acatalog/CD_Sleeves.html

They sell them flat packed in packs of ten, so you need a decent adhesive as well. I tried 3 different shades, Smooth White, Hairy Manilla ans Eco Natural and I'm pretty happy with all three colours.

In terms of size they are the same as the official 2003 bootlegs, so a bit smaller than the 2000 boots.

    Thanks for the info

Thank you so much for sharing this labour of love, I can't wait for the final parts and the artwork. :D

I'm having trouble getting NA Disc 2 to fit on a CD-R though (79'51 total playing time)... anyone else have the same issue?

Yep, it didn't fit on one disc for me either. TBH, for now, I've left Daughter off as there was another extra long Daughter on one of the other discs.

What program are you guys using to burn to disc? You should be able to get 79'57 on a regular CD-R - have you tried using Nero?

Can't speak for Morello, but I was burning straight from iTunes after I'd imported the tracks.

Will give Nero a try - thanks again for service above and beyond the call of duty. You're a star.

You mean you were burning the mp3s to CD? I would strongly advise against that, as bloating mp3s out to wav can often result in gaps between the tracks. Would be much better to download the FLAC version if you plan on burning to CD - not only is the sound quality a lot better (completely lossless, as opposed to lossy/compressed mp3), but you can be sure you are burning an exact error-free copy of the disc (so long as you burn with 'no-gaps')

I was burning the mp3s as I'd imported them ready for ipod listening but now I have the trial version of Nero (thanks to your link) I'm happily burning a set straight from the FLACs. Thanks again for all your efforts, this set will get a lot of plays here for sure.

A guy known as Lowlight79 has already made awesome compilations for the 2003, 2006 and 2008-2010 tours, so I'm not going to be reinventing the wheel (however he has asked me to make some artwork for these, so you may see that in the future). I also understand he has something in the works for the 2005 and 2011 tours.

I have got a couple of different things I've made in the past up my sleeve though, so watch this space...
