PJ in IOWA?

I agree, the arena is pretty new and there is a ton of stuff to do in downtown Des Moines. I would even be up for a few games at All Play before heading to Buzzard Billy's!Sometimes you find yourself

As much as I would dig it and the Wells Fargo Center has had bigger shows like Paul McCartney a while back, I can't see it. I kind of like the prospect of going to another state to see PJ.
I will gladly be wrong though.2013: Wrigley and Brooklyn 1 & 2
2014: St. Louis, Moline and St. Paul
2016: Philly 1 and 20 -

We were waaaaay back on the floor. Couldn't see shit.
Good show though!
I remember after the show trying to find some random campground. Drove all over the damn place out in the middle of nowhere. Finally found it like an hour and a half later. :fp:0 -

I'm hoping that day will come soon!It will be tough to find an open date with all of the country acts that roll though Des Moines.

This would be so sick. Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines could be a perfect roll over show next year between KC/STL, Minneapolis, or Chicago. A pretty good central location around larger cities in the Midwest and Wells Fargo Arena is a good venue for them, but would need a lot of people to travel or catch them on a multiple show run I think.
But then again, never gonna happen. I used to live in Des Moines and plan on trying to move back there next year. I have tons of friends up there who would love to have PJ there. After seeing them in OKC this year, Des Moines is very comparable and I think suit the band well.
Only two shows ever in Iowa - Ames in like in 1992 I believe and Council Bluffs in 2003. I'm sure if they EVER played in Iowa again, there would so much backlash on here people asking WTF are they doing playing in Iowa??Bristow, VA - 5.13.10
