I JUST saw a special on the Travel Channel about the 21 hottest Vegas spots and they recommended a steak place and damned if I can remember the name. Trying to find it for you.

I had a great steak dinner at one of the places in the MGM, I can't remember the name, but it was probably the second best I've ever had. I want to try a different place this time around, though it will remain a solid backup if needed.

I think pretty much all of the casinos have a high end steak joint, so you can't go wrong!

You have no idea how many times I have run from the tables at the Imperial Palace to grab a quick to go burger from here.:lol:

Hahaha. Nothing like getting shitfaced gambling and then eating some burger king.

The Striphouse at Planet Hollywood was the place I just saw on the Travel Channel. They claim it's the best in Vegas.

I remember a buddy and I begging a waitress to get us some food from there. Apparently when you're totally smashed just playing Pai Gow for 5 bucks a hand you're not a big enough high roller for food demands!

I like it!!! Well said... also prob speaks for a lot of men and women...

Vegas is a place I squirm in my seat all of the way to......and lay like a fucking zombie in my seat all of the way back from. (I am positive this is not unusual!)

I am not about to type out all of the horrid/awesome things I have been involved with there. I will say that after dating for 10 years and being married for 4 years that my wife and I have been to Vegas about 60 times in that time span. 9 by her (w/o me), 50 by me (w/o her) and 1 time together.
It only took 1 visit there together to find out we are not Vegas-Compatible.
Me = Gambling, Drinking, Drugging (past) acting like a total animal and loving every second of it. Sleeping is frowned upon.
Wife = walking all of the different casinos during the day to see new things, buy some outrageously priced clothes/shoes, etc, lay by the pool...get dolled up like a, well, I dont want to call my wife that...but all dolled up like the ladies of Vegas dress....go out to a club and get bottle service.

I love Vegas and love going there....but I love leaving there every time as well!

Yeah there's tons of great places to find a great steak. My fave is Il Fornaio in NYNY. There's also a Hugo's on Fremont St that I would highly recommend!

In 48 hours I'll be on a plane heading for Las Vegas (via Minneapolis)!

I've talked to my buddys and I think we've agreed the Bellagio buffet is a must, along with a good steak joint, while some of the other suggestions are going to be played by ear. Of course if I see a Fat Tuesdays I'll be sure to stop, with or without my friends.

I've been doing Craps training for the past week, so hopefully my practice games are an indication of how well I'll do.

Late night Pai-Gow is my plan.

Pai Gow is the best. Especially if you can post up with some friends. You can sit there with $100 and itll last hours and hours of free drinks. Its slow-paced and social.

Last time I hit up Vegas my brother told me I had to try Pai Gow. I didn't get around to it then but this time around I will.
