I wish at some point the NFL would end the throwback jersey stuff. Seriously. They replaced those deigns for a reason. They became dated and the franchises moved on.

The only way I would like to see throwbacks continue is if they have to wear leather helmets again.

most are bad, some are kinda cool though. The Chargers powder blue uni's are pretty seet and the Rams jerseys from the 70-90's were ok. I even liked the Eagles kelly green unis.

I don't know. I kind of like them. At least the ones that were in use when I was growing up, not these Steelers jerseys. I don't think the Patriots or Broncos really needed the change, and I still like the old uniforms. So I like it when they wear them. Tampa Bay was right in replacing theirs though.

I liked the throwback jerseys the teams wore in the 75th Anniversary year, but since then they've kind of gotten out of control. It's just a marketing ploy to sell jerseys I think.

I get that it's all for selling jerseys, but who in their right mind would pay anything for those Steelers throwbacks? Those things are hideous.

your bills' jerseys are throwbacks to what they were 30 years ago. they are awesome, by the way.

only throwbacks i dislike are the steelers.

if it were up to me, every team would go back to what they were wearing 20, 30 years ago and never change again.

Im split on the throwbacks. Some teams try too hard and it ends up looking awful (Pittsburgh).

I love the Bills' uniforms as a nod to the 70s (would like standing Buffalo helmet). I liked the Giants and Jets' retro look they went to years ago.

I really prefer the old Patriots and Broncos uniforms though.

I just hope they dont go to what NCAA is doing and come up with all sorts of awful futuristic looking uniforms and shit.

I'm not a huge fan of the Bills uniform actually. When they first came out I thought I liked them but I much prefer the Jim Kelly era uniforms.

    that would really suck.

however with nike making the uniforms now, i think we may see it go that way. that said, i don't dislike the seahawks jerseys as much as i thought i would. but i'd still rather them go back to wearing what they wore when steve largent was catching everything thrown his direction.

I guess if you phrase it like that then yes.

The uniforms started to get all screwy once they brought Bledsoe in.

they actually put the kibosh on a new logo when they changed uniforms in 2002.

    fa2ed86heghaczg9phhfigavw.gif

At the last possible time, when the uniforms were already designed, Ralph Wilson denied the new logo, wanting to keep the tradition of the buffalo/swoosh.

I dont think it is a bad logo. The color scheme/design of those uniforms were terrible though.

I knew there was a good chance the Colts would get slaughtered, especially with rookie CB's whose names I do not know. At least Belicheat was bitten by his own snake while running the score up with his starters still playing late in the 4th quarter.

“Last year, we explained that moving forward we would take this type of situation into account for secondary markets, balancing many different factors and conflicting audience desires,” Masonson said. “Los Angeles, a former AFC West market, was always scheduled to receive in its entirety the crucial AFC West matchup between Philip Rivers and the Chargers and Peyton Manning and the Broncos -- teams separated by only two games in the standings. This season, we moved the late-game doubleheader kickoff back 10 minutes, which has eliminated the vast majority of game overlaps.”
