Brady played a great game. Won't be remembered compared to his past Super Bowls, and the fact that (gasp!) he didn't throw a TD and wasn't named MVP. But he made a lot of nice throws with pressure right in his face. I can't believe he's still dong pulling this shit off at age 41.
Reminded me a bit of SB39 against Philly which played out like a regular game and not a Super Bowl...if that makes sense.
lol he had a 71 passer rating! The bench mark for Tom Brady having a great game is he made a lot of nice throws. I actually only recall one or two really nice throws, the wheel route to Gronk stands out. I do recall a lot of bad throws though. Lot of balls in the turf

The D won that game. Tom is old. But he’ll win a 7th.
Of the Patriots' nine Super Bowl appearances, here's their pass/run ratio in the season leading up to them. Seems pretty balanced and only comes close to 60/40 twice. Yea, but throw the ball 80% of the time. Just stop.

Just about 50/50 today too. Shocking.
and how was the one touchdown setup? the only possession they let brady drop back 4 straight times. pass pass pass pass 68 yards to the 1. shocking i tell ya. shocking. maybe a few more passes would have lead to more scores you know like that one drive? was it prevent defense on that drive or just you know letting the best QB in the history of game make plays there Juggler?
oh and the rams only good drive of the night was 40 yards 6 plays, 39 yards from 5 passes. interesting that the best drives for both teams were heavily based on the pass? actually it's not but to some people it still seems to be...i'm looking at you juggler.
i'm not bored enough to look back but would be interesting to see of all their scoring drives in the Super Bowls how what the run-pass ratio was on said drives. maybe someday ill look that up.
the boy wonder coach got it shoved up his ass by the Pats D. I mean our Eagles did put up 41 with a backup QB last year against that D. I'm wondering if McVay will remember all his shitty plays in this game if asked about it later. Gurley has to be a lot more hurt than they are letting on to not get more touches the last few weeks.
If you told me the Pats would only score 13 i would have thought the Rams would have won by at least a TD. of course if you told me the Rams would only score 3 i would have thought they would have lost by about 30.
oh and enough of having no talent rappers at halftime. what's the point if he raps 10 words and every other one has to be bleeped out. just utter crap.

So 13 points?
Well that's more than enough when your opponent scores only 3. Get the ball to Edleman a bunch, stare down the rush by Donald and Suh at age 41, throw a couple touch-dimes to Gronk, and walk away with another ring. God he's insufferable.

This is the shit that I expected him to say. Instead he said the offense played like crap and the defense won the super bowl, so congrats on being more proud of Tom Brady than Tom Brady
Worst coaching ever in a super bowl. (McGenius) This was the win for New England's coach. His team might not have been great - but they made it to the SB and won
When everyone doubted. When everyone hated. After TB threw for 505 yards. In a SB loss. Fitting for the D to win for TB. While Philly waits another 53 years. And the rest wish Eli could be half as great. And fuck Romo and his “schtick.”

Like I've said before. Switch Eli and Brady and Eli will have the same amount of rings if not more wins than he has now

I don’t give half a fuck what Eli is compared to brady. Would never make the comparsion, but I do know that two of the most fun nights of my life, one drinking with the flu and going to the er within 18 hours (hello 18-1!) and the other in the hills outside Albany, both beat Tom Brady and that’s all I can really ask for.
What they've done in terms of legacy and domination will never be replicated. This one was Bill's finest given he got the most of what he had.
They will not win next year or for many years afterwards, but that takes nothing away from an outstanding organizational accomplishment.
* If the Rams had somehow won... it might have been the first and only time ever a punter wins MVP. They were horrible: o-line (porous)... Goff (not sharp)... Gurley (who?)... Cooks (gotta catch those ones in the big game son)... etc.
** The Patriots might have to give the game ball to the loser official who f**ked up the Saints game. Brees would have been a different story.

But Eli is retired. Done. Doesn’t hold a lick. Except for having won two SB. Against a QB who has SIX. Nobody will remember Eli in 20 years.

If I still have my mind I will.
Listen man. I don’t really give a shit about Tom Brady. I mean he is a complete tool who open mouth kisses a teenage boy and is in general just a complete weirdo, but he’s also the best an ever, so congrats. Tonight did nothing to solidify his legacy aside from the raw number of rings. Congrats, he wasn’t Jared Goff tonight.
Also pretty sure I explicitly said I would never compare Eli to Brady, soooo....

I don't agree, but I do give more credit to Coach vs QB. Brady is great but BB is greater.
System qb
Systems win. Organization wins. Too bad Hank ain’t got it.
Lol. Your football team just won the super bowl and you are in here trolling a yankees/giants fan. Go take a shot with your friends or something. Enjoy yourself
