Ray Rice clocked his fiancé and then dragged her unconscious body back to his hotel room in Vegas. And there is video evidence of it happening.

I thought this was pretty stupid because he had already done prison time in the past for trafficking cocaine … but after Googling to see how much time he did I found out I was thinking of another Baltimore Ravens running back … Jamal Lewis … whom Ray Rice replaced.

So the Ravens can put a positive outlook on this situation … if tradition holds, they can look forward to replacing him with a future felon who is able to string together multiple 1,000 yard seasons!

FYI - Lewis was inducted into the Raven's "Ring of Honor" in 2012 ...

Not that it matters but he was in AC, not Vegas.

Ahh, that explains why the incident didn't "stays in Vegas"!

Jadeveon Clowney just did 21 reps on the bench press at the NFL Combine. Pat O'Donnell did 23.

    Pat O'Donnell is a punter.

It's crazy how much stock people put into all this stuff at the combine. Find a guy who can make plays...I don't give a shit about how many reps he does at 225 or what his 40 yard dash time is.

I tend to agree when the player has film against good competition.....which the Clown obviously does.
I think those measurements are helpful for guys who play against suspect competition...like D2 schools or teams from the Big 10. (just kidding!)

Link to a funny video of Rich Eisen running the 40 yard dash superimposed against top prospects at the combine.

Clowney looks like a cheetah. He is the last person I would want to piss off.

now I'm not one who thinks the Redskins should be forced to change their name but isn't the NFL being a little hypocritical here with this and with trying to outlaw the use of the n-word on the field? I guess intolerance is fine for the NFL as long as the cash rolls in?

slightly off-topic but wtf is wrong with Arizona? how can anyone think it's a good idea to deny people service because of religious beliefs. it's 2014 for crying out loud.

pretty good comments and well written by Connor. one thing I would follow up with him though is don't you think by allowing things like making rookies carry your bags and bring breakfast every day invites bigger idiots like Incognito from taking it too far. he might not see it that way but making rookies carry your bags and such is still hazing.

so Incognito taken in for psychiatric care a day after smashing his own Ferrari up with a baseball bat. Darren sharper turns himself in for multiple drug induced rapes. nice few days here for the NFL culture.

And don't forget Aaron Hernandez beat up another inmate the other day (who was reportedly in handcuffs therefore essentially defenseless)

    This weekend we rock Portland

The new PJ website is the equivalent of the Colts spending a 1st round pick on Trent Richardson.

    Seemed good on paper

Now it's time to put Ego aside and make amends for past mistakes.

Dolphins finally dumped Jonathan Martin to SF for a undisclosed draft choice
  • Not sure what the Niners were thinking yesterday. Cheap shopping for them, and we know they have too many draft picks to sign so they will be wheeling and dealing....but Quitty Martin & Freaking Gabbert?
