act like you've been there, golden.

  • Jon Gruden needs to get off his soap box, is Tate waving to the defense as he runs for a touchdown
any worse than chucky (or any other coach) yelling, screaming, and acting like an ass when things don't
    go his way?

I thought it was pretty funny.
Take time to see the sky,
    Find shapes in the clouds.
Hear the murmur of the wind
    and touch the cool water.
    Walk softly,
    we are intruders,
    tolerated briefly
    In an infinite universe.

I just read that Chris Long's great-uncle was Empire Strikes Back director Irvin Kershner. I knew Howie is his old man, but had no clue he was related to Kersh.

Is that on Howie's side or the mother? I can't find any info other than that they're related.

8 Ridiculous Things Jon Gruden Said On MNF

1."Mike, did you ever see the movie 'Cast Away?' In that movie, Tom Hanks' only friend was a ball named Wilson. In this game, Russell Wilson's only friend is a football."

    2."Ultra high speed slow mo"

    3."He should voicemail get open!"

4."Mike, the best band to ever come out of Seattle was, of course, Pearl Jam. And that's what I expect the Seahawks to do — just jam it up the middle."

6."I bet you like sitting at red lights."

7."I just wanna see some football."

  • Does anyone else experience football withdrawal on non football days?

During the offseason I think I actually go through a mild depression.

Going to be watching X-Factor with my wife tonight :fp:

Ooh I haven't seen those! maybe I will. Or might save them for the offseason.

I have the NFL network and there's different shows on through the week I can watch.

Another movie I haven't seen in a long time is Lucas - remember that one? Lol

Have you ever seen "The Best Of Times"? That's probably my favorite football movie. It's more of a comedy and it has Kurt Russell and Robin Williams.

And for The Longest Yard, watch the original with Bert Reynolds, not the Adam Sandler remake.

That's one you can watch with your wife too. Women who have men who who are obsessed with football can appreciate it.
