there’s like one legit QB on that entire jersey.
Jeff Garcia, Flacco, and that’s about it.
    Mayfield?
Not with us. Nor was he good at his next two stops. He needed to mature but also lose the pressure of a number one.
Mayfield was by far the best Browns QB since they slithered back into the league in 1999 (which isn’t a high bar, but still). Good rookie season, a PLAYOFF WIN, tried to play through injury like a good solider, and was shunned in favor of Watson when he didn’t play well while injured. And Watson didn’t even want to go there (no football player alive does) but the front office morons flew to him and threw the dumbest contract in American sports history at him so he took it.

You probably think Bernie Kosar was good, but he was two games over .500 with the Browns over a nine year stretch, while Mayfield was one game under .500 in four years with the Browns. But Mayfield was drafted by a team that was 0-16 the year before. And now, he’s playing better with the Bucs than Kosar or any Brown QB ever has (besides Otto Graham). Maybe he should’ve been give a little more time by the Browns. But I guess the opportunity to grab a generational talent like Watson doesn’t come around too often.

Slithered?  You just trying to be a dick?  We're not the ones that stole teams from cities.  We're the ones that refused the offer of the NFL for the Buccaneers to relocate because we didn't want to do what was done to us.
    lol….”us” and “we’re”

Anyway, Mayfield was fine for “you”
"We're" as in the city, not the team.  LOL.  GFY.

Well then Mayfield was fine for your city.
I could give a fuck about your opinion.

    No, but he should (again)
    No, not with Jets

Best thing of the day was Mike Evans' final 5 yards

IMO he was fired because he was in over his head since day 1. Whatever the f Kraft thought he saw in that guy amounted to nothing. He wasn’t ready to be HC.
My opinion aside, there was a lot of chatter these last few weeks about whether or not he would be fired, this didn’t come out of nowhere.

    Worst play calling imaginable
Have they run more than 1x down near the goal?
If the defense knows there is no run threat it sure is a lot easier.

    Yep.
Bengals only shot was for Nix and Broncos to shit the bed in such extreme fashion that Chiefs couldn't help but win.
Too bad, I would have liked to see Cincy squeak in, they'd have mad things interesting.

Also fun seeing Patriots screw up their draft pick.

Black coaches get fired after one year way more frequently than white coaches. WaPo did an analysis a while back. Also that happened with the Eagles' OC last year. Of course that was a fugly offense for sure.

As a Bills fan I am happy to see Cincy on the sidelines.  They kicked our ass in the 2023 divisional round.

I almost felt like even the Chiefs starters would have fallen to that buzzsaw yesterday.  Nix was on fire.
I wish I was a sacrifice, but somehow still lived on.

There’s something to be said about starting all of those games in college. It makes a difference. That’s why I’m really high in Cam Ward.

i could see the Commies winning and also the Rams, if Darnold is still seeing ghosts. Otherwise, it looks pretty chalky.

Horrible playoff system. Three road teams traveling to play at the home of teams that have an inferior record. The NFL should be better than this. One area where NFL smells like CFB. Home field advantage should be decided on the field, with the better team record gets the home field advantage.
. If division champs are so important, skip the Super Bowl and award the trophies now.
