Drew Allar to the Steelers is intriguing. He has serious upside and all the tools, but is far from franchise QB material at this time… what makes me laugh is all the Pitt Panther fans who love the Steelers, but absolutely hate Penn State. lol.

Anyone else highly entertained by how pissed off McVay seemed about his GM's #13 draft pick? LOL
As a 49er fan, the answer is affirmative.
We can agree on that! I’m not a Niners fan but I met this Niners fan at wrestlemania. Nice guy. I also saw George Kittle a few rows in front of me.

I would not hang out with anyone wearing the giant hat. that’s just me.

I probably wouldn’t go to wrestlemania, either.

The guy with the giant hat is on tik tok and instagram. He came to Seattle for the playoff game against the 49ers and made a reel that went viral. He was a good sport about it, and a nice guy. My cousin is a Niners fan, and I knew he'd recognize him because he's pretty well known by Niners fans. Wrestlemania is fun. The whole week leading up to it is super fun. All sorts of independent events happening around the city, tons of people have traveled from all over, and everybody is stoked to be there. In ways it was very similar to a PJ show.

Hurts my Eagles that Garrett is going to the Rams but really happy for him.  He seems like a good dude and gets out of that shitty franchise still in middle of his prime.  NFC is going to be stacked again this year.

At this point I cannot say "Fuck Brandon Aiyuk" enough.
Love that the Niners are dragging this out.  I hope they do it for as long as possible.
Rare to see a guy get a huge contract and then fuck his team

    What a nutter.

Garrett is still a great player, one of the best and a future hall of famer, but he is far from the middle of his prime. There is nothing about 30 years old in the NFL that is prime.

The NFL, a league that has official deals with DraftKings, Caesars Entertainment, and Fandual, wrote a strongly worded letter to Brendon Soresby (who most likely placed bets using DraftKings, Caesars Entertainment and Fandual) saying the league has no room for those who may affect the "integrity" of the league.

Brendon would have been better off trying to murder an opponent by ripping their helmet off and using it to bash their skull in.  Apparently that doesn't affect the integrity of the league.

C'mon.  They can't have people altering the games because of betting.

Brutality is part of the sport.

Then the NFL should have been leading the charge against online betting.  Of course players are going to be placing bets and altering games.  They are human beings.

I honestly see more ads for online betting during a typical NFL game than brutality on the field.  It reinforces to the public that gambling is acceptable.  That is why companies advertise during NFL games.

I always chuckle when people make this dumb argument.  They do suspend players who are charged with crimes all the time.  Besides i'm sure whatever job you may have rules on what you can and can't do.

secondly they didn't tell Soresby he couldn't play in the NFL, just that they will not hold a supplemental draft for him, and he has to wait until the regular draft next year.  And technically he is not eligible for a supplemental draft because the supplemental draft is for players not eligible to play college football and he is still eligible after going to court and getting a local judge to grant him eligibility.
