Donating to Meals on Wheels of Staten Island and Share our Strength. These are wonderful programs that help feed those who can't afford food/homeless or is home bound and can't get out there to get food.

-Jack is a high school sophomore from suburban Minneapolis who was checked from behind into the boards during a hockey game recently and now is paralyzed from the elbows down. This foundation sprang up immediately is dedicated to supporting his medical bills and raising awareness and making hockey safer for youth players. There have already been rules changes because of this!

I plan on donating to my local Boys and Girls Club, The Boys and Girls Club of Suffolk County. I'll probably donate more than once. I'll keep you posted.
