I'm in the baggage car banging my head on the bars with the caged animals. We're planning a break out. But first, please, somebody, slip us a few beers, a bottle of wine, some tequila, a spliff, anything. :(

    Fuckin-a, man.

Seems to be much hating all over the place, in all mediums.

Sometimes I think we are (or at least should be) better than this.

Then, it's the old familiar "silly me, what the fuck was I thinking".

You know, I like reading and learning about new things in the AMT section, but lately, I feel like I can't even get through one page on any random topic before I give up...there are a few here that will drive us all to drink!

So, in the meantime, I'll just start my weekend a day early and hang in the Lounge car. :corn:

Oh, and here in S.FLA we have a reason to stock up on beer and liquor...storm-a-comin. :|

Friday evening, we were channel-surfing and came upon a documentary about 9/11.

Some of those images will forever be with me, in a deeply personal place. I know each and every one here could say the same.

Watching, it made me weep (I wanted to bawl, actually), and afterward went in search of some healing, releasing music. Found this...made me smile and shimmy 'round the room.

Also went to an old beloved - In My Tree from 1998, Melbourne.

    Couldn't find it online though.

This particular version / era of the band, and of the song, are so....clean.

Anyway, we're in this sweet sweet place at the moment.

Once again - clean. So pure, makes me want to breathe in.

    Happy Sunday morning, folks :)

Nice! Thanks, Hedonist. A little Eddie music to help the head ache go away.
(Too much time in the Lounge Car last night. ;))

And to you! I'm starting off the week in (what will hopefully continue to be) a nice, peaceful state of mind.
