    I've picked up a bit, sitting in the quiet did me some good, had a hard 3 long shifts at work, now 4 days off. Perfect :oops: :thumbup:

    I am, yes - though not numb, I'm comfortable...my back's been crying out but the (self)meds are beginning to work their glorious wonders.
