These guys were a strong Chicagoland band from about 98 to 2008. And then got tired of each other. Almost made the big time! Sang our National Anthem at a Chicago Cubs game, Played for our troops in Iraq & Afghanistan, and some more undisclosed posts around the world for our troops. Almost broke up, went their separate ways for 8 years for some space and breathing room. Now have recently reunited for some benefit shows, they are getting along and enjoying playing with each other again. Played an Alzheimer's benefit show a , Horse and People Sanctuary Benefit Show and a Corn and Brat Festival in Williams Bay Wisconsin.. At the Alzheimer's Benefits show in Lake Geneva Wisconsin, they played from 8:30 to 11:30 non stop Pearl Jam Style the boss Style. And then someone asked the lead guitarist to play one more song after all the equipment was put away. He brought on his acoustic, and played Soulshine. And then the rest of them didn't want to miss out. So for another 45 minutes in the middle of the bar. They played Tunes as if it was sitting around the campfire. So I will leave you with two more of their songs. This one is romantic. Call the Road Song. https://youtu.be/fPKe1LaqaJs
And here is the're signature tune. Kinda like Pearl Jam's Alive or Evenflow. Mountains by HD! https://youtu.be/oupccwwlhwU Oh hell here's your Encore one more tune about Elvis. Can't go wrong with tuned about Elvis. https://youtu.be/nPOrrM4_xBw
That's what we love about Hello Dave. Most of the're songs are about Good Times & Happy Places. Glad you liked it Annafalk. https://youtu.be/JbrbFiiCfWs This one's called biminy
Check out LOLO. This song is called Shine. https://youtu.be/j9FcMIYatmI I saw this young woman belt out some songs Friday night opening for Shooter Jennings. Shooter Jennings was excellent as I expected. But, I never heard of Lolo befoure. But her powerful voice and raw emotional delivery of her songs blew me away and I became an instant fan for life. I can't find too many live performances of her. So I'll share a few standouts. Dandelion https://youtu.be/8jFwk10-K0E & The Courtyard. https://youtu.be/tr1FGuRXWXw
Give these a spin. I suggest taking these songs with a stiff drink or two. Heard it from a friend https://youtu.be/rkGKKw9pM7c
Wow Rhyme, I just watched the videos and she has a great voice!
Absolutely like the song "Shine", so I read what she wrote about it (introduction of the song on YouTube). Shows her good character, who makes great decisions for herself. The lyrics are powerful and hopefully shining for those who struggle with life!

I had never heard of her before Friday. What a great find. Got to watch her from the front row. Glad you liked it. Cheers!! Her voice is extremely powerful in person. I just looked at her website she's coming to Germany in November, go see her if you can. http://lolomusic.com/tour

Thanks RYME! I already have so many plans for the rest of the year, so maybe next time. I'm also going to see Clutch for the first time ... if I ever get healthy again… Henry Rollins and Mark Lanegan are on my list too, but I don't know yet if I really can make it. A friend invited me to New Model Army in December. I'm curious how that will be after all these years!
Hi, guys. My circumstances have distanced me from music for a few months. My love for it hasn't diminished at all, but those beautiful "zones" are scarce lately...so, I enjoy it as I can.
Happy Friday Bottoms Up!! A little old-fashioned rock and roll. Bound to get down https://youtu.be/5TTyO3HUkfc I'll have another Maker's on the Rocks please Fast Horses & Good Hideouts
Hi, kce - unfortunately I'm not, but working on getting there. Thank you for asking
I've reached for this band - this song in particular - lately. I fucking love Maynard. No room for facades.
Time is money and money's time We wasted every second dime On diets, lawyers, shrinks and apps and flags and plastic surgery Now Willy Wonka, Major Tom, Ali, and Leia have moved on Signal the final curtain call in all its atomic pageantry
Bravissimo, hip hip hooray For this fireworks display Mind and body blown away What a radiant crescendo
Ticker tape parade Our hair and skin like Marilyn Monroe In an afterwind
Time is money and money's time We wasted every second dime On politicians, fancy water and guns and plastic surgery Like old Prince and Brady's mom All the dolphins have moved on Signaling the final curtain call in all its atomic pageantry
Bravissimo, hip hip hooray What a glorious display Melt our joyous hearts away Under the mushroom cloud confetti
Hip hip hooray for this fireworks display Mind and body blown away What a radiant crescendo
Hip hip hooray Hip hip hooray Ticker tape parade Our hair and skin like Marilyn Monroe in an afterwind

Ahhh, there are quite a few of us here afflicted with Elaine-itis (around the 2:12 mark in the above is a perfect example). But oh man, what I'd give for that dance with him at the beginning.
