Thanks for the tips. I'll definitely have more than carry on luggage being away for a month. As for Holocaust museum etc tbh I don't know I could handle it. So intense. With so much else to see I'm sure I'll still be crazy busy for the 3 days or so I'll be in Berlin.

ooh, you're going for a month? that's awesome, enjoy your stay! which places will you be visiting besides Berlin?
PM sent but here goes: Manchester, London, Amsterdam, Paris, Berlin, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Istanbul. Phew! :o OMG!

If anyone likes burgers, we should arrange a few of us to go to this place in Berlin.
I will go for sure, but the more the merrier...

Best burger I've ever had, and I've been around...

Aw man, I was all excited and then I opened the website and the first words were "The Bird is a New York style bar and steakhouse":lol: (I live in NYC). Although it could be interesting to see what New York style means to other people, I actually don't really know what people mean when they say that. And I'm sure it's more German than New York anyways.

I might be able to arrange a burger craving for when I'm in Berlin

Best burger you've ever had, you say?

It really is very good... And the owners and some staff are from NY i think but it's not like a Fridays or Appleby's or stuff like that... It's proper!! I had a few pretty good burgers in the States, Cheers bar in Boston, and in London like Lucky 7 Diner at Westbourne Park, but this place really is very good!! They used to have a huge burger that if you finished it you didn't have to pay, but they have stopped it I think...
I really want to have another burger here!!

The Holocaust Museum should not be missed. It is really tough but so worth it - And the memorial is amazing as well. You will never forget it.

That's one of the last flights I have to book as well although I'm probably going to go Easyjet from Luton. Seems cheapest & I'm in London for a few days between Man1 & Am'dam1&2.

God no. Air NZ's far too expensive unfortunately. It's very nice, was so much nicer when I got put on an AirNZ flight after the United one didn't turn up to get me to the US for PJ20, but nah just the cheapest for me on this trip.
