Wow look at all the songs on there from the Toronto show! I was at that show and it was amazing!! I think I have a video of As Hope and Promise Fade from the Toronto show (that I personally took) somewhere. It was so beautifully done!
I don't have a YouTube account but I'll see if I can get it uploaded at some point.

I hope Chris returns to Toronto on this tour. So far I haven't heard of any shows here being announced.

Al I can say is that Chris is just an amazing talent, totally blew me away. Sunshower and Seasons has always had a special connection for me and now I feel my life is truly complete. I love you so much Chris and of course Suziemay for the ticket. This night will not soon be forgotten and really picked me up with the difficulties that have been my sometimes depressive state; but not surprised at all as that was music does for many us.

I'm so glad you were able to make the show, marcos. Hope the seat was OK.

Took a picture of the setlist.. he totally changed it up! I'm kinda bummed he didn't play Scream, I think it's great acoustic.

I can't wait for the Mesa, AZ show! Hearing him do TOTD material will be the next best thing to having a PJ or EV show in Arizona (patiently waiting since 2003).

Someone said Freebird at the Edmonton show I was at in April. So he actually played it.. lol!

I'd recommend this tour to anyone.. its really good... I'd go a 2nd time if he came back this way.
  • I hoping someone taped that show last night. Im going to keep an eye out for it. I know the sound guy at Carnegie Hall but he said that neither CC nor the venue taped it. I was hoping for a unofficial official copy

He actually got me backstage and into the dressing room with the "piano" but CC was bringing people into another room for meet and greets and I wasnt on the list so my friend basically said it didnt look good so we left. I shouldve just stayed to see what wouldve happened when we were the only ones left but we needed to catch a train.

Aww you're killing me :lol: I bet Chris would have talked to you if he saw you :D I thought about waiting around, but decided against it between the drizzle and it being a Monday night. I probably would have waited for EV (but now I feel guilty thinking that, I really really like Chris too!)

I already ordered it on amazon, but I was hoping to cancel that order. I also figured it will be in record stores on Friday so what's two days?

I agree...wife was uncomfortable with the whole thing and had work in the morning. I respected her wishes but I regret it a little now. I really couldnt see him saying "Theyre not on the list? Kick them out!"

If you go to jeffgarden.com chris' show from friday in Ridgefield ,CT is on there. It was like seeing him in a small high school auditorium. He actually told a story that they used to have public hangings in the room. Awesome show.

It was a brilliant show....Chris was buzzed from being in Carnegie Hall...taking care not to spoil the piano and finally doing what his voice coach said he should IMAGINE doing each time he sings (singing to the back of Carnegie Hall) :D

Loved this concert..his voice was top notch, the banter was great, and the songs were favorites. Even loved Hunger strike solo...don't tell Ed :lol::lol:

Omigosh, I was!!! I must have been right in front of you. I was going to turn around at some point to mention your shirt but I couldn't take my eyes off the stage (hope my camera wasn't too distracting, I tried really hard to be discrete!). I think by the time I came out of my daze you were gone..:lol:

    Haha!!
For some reason I had a feeling that might be you ( I guess it was the fact you had all those tier tix!)!
Seriously, I don't know why, just had that feeling. That's why I asked about the box you were in.
That was me behind you, sorry I kept leaning forward with my iPhone  , was just trying to capture as much as I could. Your camera is awesome and it was never a bother, you held it so low you couldn't even tell you had it on. Unless of course you were peering over your shoulder as I was 8-) My husband & I keep elbowing each other every time you'd zoom in while you were recording, such a nice picture on it. You mustve gotten some great video and photos. So jealous, our camera crapped out in Alpine Valley. Yeah we took off before he finished Imagine - had to catch a train (up for work at 4:30 today). Wish we would have had a chance to meet, next time.

Funny, on our way out, there was a girl by the door and as I came down the stairs she yelled "She's a Jammer"!
I was in such a rush I just yelled back something like "Yeah, Pearl Jam baby!" Sounded like a really bad Austin Powers impression!

Ok, cool!! I wasn't bothered by your phone at all, I think at one point I looked to make sure I wasn't in your way, nothing more frustrating than someone in front of you leaning just a bit in your line of sight!! Haven't gotten to organizing my stuff, I think I have a few good videos but the damn camera battery is crap. I had a backup but I think it's time to invest in a 3rd backup. I will definitely send those your way.

Work at 4:30? Ugh. Definitely next time we should meet! I was happy to see you guys were having fun. Some people didn't seem that into it but who am I to judge, was in my own little world
