Just got back to our room at Holiday Inn, Cherry Hill. Dude, this band never ceases to floor me!! Hard to Imagine as an opener totally set the tone for what would be an awesome night. Highlights were the revamped Who You Are, U, and an Electric Porch towards the end. Loved every bit of it and can't wait 'til tomorrow!!! :)

just got back now and it was a pretty special evening... Light Years, LROM, U and Who You Are were absolute highlights. But coming from Australian crowds this was a massive shift in energy and participation. Just an amazing night. Just always heard about the philly/NJ shows and now I have experienced one first hand :) Bring on night 2.

Both Gone and Light years were played in West palm Beach.

How was solat? Did they play it superfast and ruin the whole song, or did they slow it down a bit as they have done with corduroy?

You're right about 'Gone', but not 'Light years'

'Low light' was played in WPB

Dude were in the back of section 100 with your lady? I recognized you from the picture thread I think. Yelled "Zoso" a couple times but I guess you didn't hear me.

Anyway, I completely agree. Absolutely an amazing show! "Hard to Imagine" opener I nearly jacked off to that one. Some cool stuff that was yet to be played this tour including "U", "Rats", and "Leash"! Those were all awesome. "Rats" is one I was really hoping for too. "In Hiding" was crazy load! "Porch" was just sick with a very nice jam session and Ed motioning like he was going to jump into the crowd at one point. He actually kind of stood in the crowd toward the end of "Porch". "Light Years" was dedicated to Tim Russert and Ed again mentioned Luke Russert and how they've become friends.

Overall a fucking intense show and Ed was clearly in a great mood as were the rest of the boys. Can't wait until tomorrow night but I don't know how they're going to top this one. Hope to hear "WMA" and maybe a "Release" opener!

That's all for now. Thanks for an amazing night of music Pearl Jam and thanks for the tickets 10c! Peace all.

Hard to Imagine and In Hiding were highlights for me. The crowd was just insane and you could tell it put the band in such a good mood.

first, big thanks to the ten club as I've recently been a victim to our bad economy and been out of work for about two months so money is tight but I still was able to pick up a ticket with a buddy through the tenclub for this show, little did i know when I got there that we had won the lottery and got the second row in front of Stone (technically there was no row in front of me so..........)

Far from my first show but it rocked as good as any I'd ever been to before as Rats was amazing to hear as was LROM........

Big Thanks to the Tenclub as our 255XXX fanclub member number normally would never get us that close but you made for an incredible evening!!!!!!

I've been to half a dozen shows all in Philly and that was by far the best. Unbeliavable crowd, nothing like it. The entire show was basically one big sing along. I expect that with songs like betterman and elderlywomen but not rats and in hiding too. Hopefully we'll here w.m.a tomorrow.

I hope to experience "WMA," too. I think the crowd was definitely above-average, but Philly can do better. The 2003 Spectrum show and the first night of the 2006 Camden shows were much louder and together. "Black" fizzled out tonight, for example. Overall, I didn't see as many hands in the air, and lots of clapping parts died way too early. I want to see a revved-up-and-ready-to-go crowd Friday night. I'm going to sleep to rejuvenate for Friday. I'm so exhausted and wonder how the guys in the band do that four or five nights a week under those hot lights. Amazing.

Still letting it sink in. What a phenomenal show tonight and what a way for me to start my tour. I got the one song I had wanted to hear forever - Light Years. It was the only studio song I had yet to see live. Plus opening with HTI, getting my favs off Yield, Binaural and Vs. all in the same show - In Hiding, Grievance and Rats, being lucky enough to hear PJ cover my fav Who song a 2nd time, getting Leash dropped down on me again, and of course hearing my fav song SOLAT. What an amazing night!!! Had fifth row in front of Stone and he was on fire. I CAN'T wait for tomorrow and the rest of the tour. :D
