Yes, that is an easy recipe...don't screw it up now...if you're cooking that salmon longer than 10 mins on medium heat, you're gonna destroy it.

yes @ Sheila...that's a great idea.

Searing just keeps in the juices, especially for pan cooking. Not really needed on the grill as the cooking process is usually faster, and not as many juices are lost.

the salmon was very good...i also had a lemon on hand so that really brightened up the fish...

just watched the return on the great cornholio and was NOT dissapointed at all...so funny
