    I just found out yesterday from my son, that in music class, they are all learning how to play the ukelele. Our school had received a grant to fund the purchase of a ukelele for each student in the class. So a total of 30 ukes were purchased (with extras for larger classes) and now our kids are learning how to play them. Come Christmas program time, they will be playing a little tune on their luke the ukes. :mrgreen::mrgreen:

    looking up recipes for salmon.

    im not much of a cook, but i think this sounds good (and more importantly: easy)

    lightly season salmon with lemon pepper and kosher salt
    cook on a pan a few mins on both sides to sear/brown
    finish in the oven for a few mins to cook it through
