I'll settle for a restock of the liner notes...all three of mine were severely creased. I know this is minor compared to those who weren't able to purchase, but this is a recurring theme with 2011 purchases: my EV Songbook has a creased corner, and 10C said "No replacements...send it back for a refund."
How about holding the manufacturer accountable for the high-quality products we've come to expect (and deserve)?

The difference in 1080p and 1080i is practically the same as between going from standard tv to HD in both visual and sound. Once you see it, you never want to go back. If you don't own a blu-ray player, don't buy one. Because once you do, you'll notice the flaws you never saw in "HD" 1080i, and start to wonder if your "HD" is not working.
The problem when I saw this on pay per view (1080p) was that the old footage looked current. So, you're looking at "grainy" old video of Andy Wood and it looks like it was shot tomorrow (ha, ha). So, if you're into nostalgia, again, don't get the 1080p version. You'll miss the old time look.

i sent 10c an email to 10c...they said no plans to press more copies and they're sold out (no shit)
so i am going to buy the standard edition (online i guess since barnes and noble are not in canada).
wish i could buy it in a store where you can normally purchase dvds and not pay for shipping
i am still so pissed off and have lost lots of faith in this club....i am going to force myself to believe that this whole fiasco was not from the guys but from the 10 club staff
i have lost my mood to purchase any more merch (besides upcoming records/tickets of course)
i pay membership fees each year for 13 years and i get this slap in the face that an important collector's item can't be purchased because it was limited and sold to peeps who may not have even been members, who don't pay shit, and who could buy multiple copies of this to flip or do whatever the fuck with them
i am a paying customer, have spent more this year than ever on the band, and this is the thanks for your business i get???

Blu-ray only supports 1080p24 and 1080i60 (1080i50 in Europe as well). You can tell that the old video footage in the movie is running higher than 24 frames per second, so I suspected they were using 1080i60 and confirmed it at http://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Pearl-Jam ... ray/30316/ and http://bluray.highdefdigest.com/5939/pj_20.html
The high def footage in the movie still looks very good though, but that could depend on how well your TV deinterlaces.

Just release the 3rd disc through the Tenclub as a single Disc or as a download only.
That way everyone can enjoy the fan disc and for whatever reason they made the 3 disc set limited edition... it can stay this way. Sign me up!
