    Although the product generally meets the regulatory criteria for classification as a straight bourbon, the company disavows this classification and markets it simply as Tennessee whiskey rather than as Tennessee bourbon.[3][4]

    but still.....it's not from KY....which disallows it in my book.

    last week, I was running Kentucky. or was it the week before :? . Anyhoo, I was running I-64 down from Louisville to the Tenn border. Then back up the next day and over to Lexington. Saw many signs for various distillery's. first time I saw one , Ithought of this thread.
