    Still single tickets available, though behind the stage. Regardless, since it's "nearly" sold out, that means the place will be packed with crazy, excited fans! Let's see how loud we can get!

    It still hasn't really hit me that we have a St. Paul/MN show. It's been so long since we've had one that I don't really remember the "game-day" experience of getting up, going to the preparty, going to the show, seeing t-shirts and posters that say "St. Paul" on them etc.

    That's going to be crazy. What will be even crazier is hearing what they have in store for our city. Rarities? Standard set? Show of the tour? Dud of the tour? Hitchhiker? 3 hour set? Heavy on a particular album?

    I don't even really care...it will be great no matter what and it will be even better, after 8 years of not being able to do so, to drive home to my own bed. Crazy.

    I looked at the setlist, and it looks like I came in during his 5th song...so yes, I missed the above song as well as Talking with the Wolves, the song you raved about. The latter is on the vinyl I bought (which also came with the CD, unbeknownst to me at the time) and is great...the entire album is good.

    well, based on the one solo vs couple swell season albums, i'd agree. i like the solo album (and the drive all night ep), but those swell season records are tough to beat. then there's the frames, which souldn't be ignored, either.

    My take on Glen solo is that he's great at building emotion, but only one kind of emotion (that broken-hearted, dying relationship type of passion). With Marketa in Swell Season, she helps complete his sound.

    The open track on Strict Joy is an absolute stunner. Very happy to have heard that live...

    r'peche introduced me to him at the RNDM show. doubt he'd remember me- we were on the way out from the show- but it certainly was nice to put a face to a name after many years of seing his posts and videos.
