So, pick your vocals, guirtar, bass, drums, keys, etc.... (I could make it harder and say "cannot include more than one member from PJ). What would your AL band's name be? Share a story of why you picked who...
aaaand GO!
without thinking too hard (it is friday after all) and only one member per band/artist
vocals - jim james guitar - david gilmour keys - page mcconnell bass - john paul jones drums - carter beauford cowbell - gene frenkle
a mix of guys who i think would be comfortable playing to each of the others' styles and would be able to create something interesting as a group.

haha, you're welcome! The brief time that he was a Twin, I got to participate in the "Lewwwwwwww" as well. Then later in life, I upgraded to "BRRRRRRUUUUUCE" when I went to my Springsteen shows.. and now I get to say "BOOOOOOOOOOOOM" this October!
Lead guitar- Prince Vocals- Freddie Mercury Bass- les claypool Keys- Booooooom Tambourin- guy from Beck (see Black tambourine) Saxamaphone- Clarence "big guy" Clemons Back up singer- Darlene Love Rhythm guitar- my brother Mike Christensen (in case PJ sees this and is wanting to collaborate with McCready)

Also...this would be the worst band ever. These players have no connection in style, and this would be an awful mish-mash-money grab of an all-star band. This band would NOT work. Gimme a break, it's da weekend! These are my favorite individual players that came to mind... and Paul Shaffer.
SEVEN posters have already been donated for the PreParty, along with the Christmas Vinyl set, a sealed mystery box, an EV painting, and some other mystery box stickers/CDs from Jeremy. Not a bad start considering there are still Wayne Gretzky days until the show! The posters include:

A fan did a painting...I believe she might have even done two. The pictures she posted on the Facebook page for the St Paul preparty. It is like a portrait of Eddie's face with different lyrics spewing out from his mouth. If I am able to post a pic on here, I will try and copy it so you can see what I'm talking about.

I wonder if the new Vikings stadium will ever host a show.
Seems silly to spend all that money, I if they're only going to use the building 9 or 10 times a year. The web site says they want to host high school and college games. And attract an MLS team.
