One of my biggest PJ "regrets" is only going to the St. Paul show in '03 and not following them from Council Bluffs, Fargo, St. Paul, Chicago, East Troy... I was a poor college kid at that time, so I guess it can be excused, but I miss the days of full US tours like that...that's 5 shows within driving distance! That's unheard of for midwest kids these days!

I was in high school and I was psyched for the Fargo show. That's only about 3 hours from my hometown. I didn't get to make it. I think I got myself grounded, actually. Parents just don't understand.

Of course, then, almost a decade later, my mom and dad seriously considered making the 8 hour trek to East Troy for PJ20. Times change, I guess.

Hopefully a MN show will cure all ills, old or new!

It would be great if PJ could play first avenue again. Their star is still on the outside wall of the venue when they played there in early 1992. It ranks number one of artists favorite venues (scroll through the list. The arrow for the countdown is to the right of each pic).

Coming down from Winnipeg in 2012. closer than the drive recently made to Saskatoon... Stop at Fargo for the first show too!

Also, a two night stand in Vegas would be epic! Easy to get to and i think Vegas has a few hotels to stay at?

The middle image is the Target Center, which in my book, is second to the Xcel Energy Center (where the Wild play). The 3rd one is the University of Minnesota's brand new football stadium. U2 played there this past summer. It looked something like this:

...although I know there's no way the crowd would sitting politely like this during "Alive"...

T-Wolves are at Target Center in downtown Minneapolis, which is right next to Target Field (where the Twins play). The Wild play at the Xcel Energy Center in downtown St. Paul. Maybe they could play Minneapolis one night and St. Paul the next? Haha...its technically 2 cities but is completely connected and feels like one.
