I've been hoping for a show here for so long. I missed them in 06 and that wasn't even a full set. I say a 2 night show at first avenue. Now that would be killer, or at least the xcel. If they don't play the twin cities at least play somewhere within a 3 hour drive. It would be nice not to have to sleep in a car or rent a hotel for once. But hell, i'm just looking forward to another U.S. tour.

Right on Oscar! I've seen them more out-of-town than in town. It would be WONDERFUL to have a "normal" PJ day...you know, where you wake up, go to work, drive home, eat dinner, get across town to a PJ show and then go home and sleep in your own bed? Dying for that experience again!

Dude, where you from in IA? I used to live in Des Moines and moved to the east coast two years ago. As you can imagine, more condusive to be able to see PJ out here than the heartland! When I went to PJ20, my boy and his wife made the drive from Des Moines and picked me up at the airport in Milwaukee. I def feel the pain, because IA is not at the top of the list for PJ to take a trip to!

I think that since the Bears beat the Vikings last Sunday night, Pearl Jam should in turn play MN to lift our spirits a bit!
Ah its alright. I'm a dyed in the wool Minnesotan, so I was hoping for the Vikes to pull it out, but Minnesota's in such a sports drought right now, that I kinda figured we'd blow it on a big stage like Sunday Night Football.
But you're right...in sports, "a win cures all." Same with Pearl Jam... "a show cures all."

I think i've finally lost my love for the vikings. All my hope is in the Wild and Twins next season. The wild are hot right now, and hopefully it stays that way.
If they don't come to MN I'll still have to catch at least three shows on the next tour. Gotta make up for lost time. I can't wait to get boots from PJ20 , Winnipeg and the rest of the Canadian tour.
Keep it up Joe! PJ has to come. They should hit cities they've missed out. I mean when I saw them in KC in 2010 it had been quite a while since they'd been there and it was an amazing show. Best audience i've been in yet. Is there a reason they miss the twin cities? Or do they just assume that we'll travel to KC, WI and other near by cities? Anyway, I can't wait for the next show. I wonder if there will ever be a secret show around here.

Right on Oscar! I've seen them more out-of-town than in town. It would be WONDERFUL to have a "normal" PJ day...you know, where you wake up, go to work, drive home, eat dinner, get across town to a PJ show and then go home and sleep in your own bed? Dying for that experience again!

Dude, where you from in IA? I used to live in Des Moines and moved to the east coast two years ago. As you can imagine, more condusive to be able to see PJ out here than the heartland! When I went to PJ20, my boy and his wife made the drive from Des Moines and picked me up at the airport in Milwaukee. I def feel the pain, because IA is not at the top of the list for PJ to take a trip to!

I think i've finally lost my love for the vikings. All my hope is in the Wild and Twins next season. The wild are hot right now, and hopefully it stays that way.
If they don't come to MN I'll still have to catch at least three shows on the next tour. Gotta make up for lost time. I can't wait to get boots from PJ20 , Winnipeg and the rest of the Canadian tour.
Keep it up Joe! PJ has to come. They should hit cities they've missed out. I mean when I saw them in KC in 2010 it had been quite a while since they'd been there and it was an amazing show. Best audience i've been in yet. Is there a reason they miss the twin cities? Or do they just assume that we'll travel to KC, WI and other near by cities? Anyway, I can't wait for the next show. I wonder if there will ever be a secret show around here.
