Funny thing about ketchup and steak. Ketchup is OK on a burger-which is merely ground steak in some cases, but not on an actual steak? Thats silly. With the exception of A-1, the base ingredient in most of the steak sauces found at the finest steak houses, including peter lugers, is ...........................ketchup.

Lot of common ingredients in ketchup.

If its a not so good cut of steak then i have no issue with either.
If i go to a resturant and order a 40$ steak i better not feel like i need something like ketchup to help it taste better.
