Just booked for five of us coming down from Canada. Gotta cancel the spot I had at Scenic Ridge. This place should be a LOT better and probably similar to the Gorge experience. Pat was great like all of you had said, she is making room for our RV even though she was already full for RVs spots.
Looking forward to partying with all the PJ fans!

Could someone please post the address to the camping on here. I'm already in route and am on a motorcycle. Its easier for me to navigate to the forum than search the web on my phone. Thanks in advance.

I'm landing in Milwaukee Friday night at about 9:30 with another buddy. I'm going to rent a car, so I'll have extra space if someone wants to ride to the resort.
I'll most likely be driving to the shows both nights, so we'll have room as well.

Me and my buddy would love to take you up on this if there is still room! i sent you a pm
Alright,
Car is loaded for the trip from McinTyres to AV on Sunday. Here are the confirmed:

And Me and a Buddy.... Tight fit, but it is probably worth it to save $45. Emilysue99- send me a PM with your phone # and we can confirm that Saturday night.
I will be getting to McIntyres on Saturday around 6pm. Set up the tent, put out the Baggo and ring toss games...crack a beer and party. Only have tix for sunday, so might as well drink Saturday
To those arriving saturday... Are you going directly to Alpine and then checking in at the campsite after the show? Or checking in and setting up camp before heading to Alpine? I'm thinking it would be best to check in before. How early can we check in saturday and pick a spot?
The distance between this resort and alpine is actually 30 miles(45 minute drive) using the address givin. I am surprised this has not been discussed much.
2009: Philly Night 2
2010: MSG Night 1 and Night 2
2011: Eddie Vedder Solo in Philly, PJ20 Alpine Valley Day 1 and Day 2.
2012: Berlin Night 1(7/4)
2013: Wrigley Field, Philly 1 and 2
When you search for Alpine Valley Music Theatre on Google Maps, it actually sends you to the wrong place, about 15 miles east of the venue; Alpine is located at 2699 Highway D, Route 120, East Troy, WI.
The link below has driving directions from the Alpine parking lot (actually, right from the Pearl Jam Museum) to Mcintyre's, a 14.5 mile drive. Not quite the 9 mile drive that we were told, but its close enough. Google Maps says a 31 minute drive, but on these empty country roads it will be quicker than that (once we finally get out of the parking lots!). Once you cross past I-43, it should be empty roads all the way to the campsite.
Not sure where you are getting the distance. I just mapquested it.
CR-ES
20 mins / 13.51 miles
CR-A
25 mins / 15.42 miles
So it looks like 20-25 minutes, of course that's normal traffic. Pat said there is construction and what with the concert traffic it'll be a minute to get there. But it's not 30 miles away.

We're planning on coming in on Saturday, setting up camp, then heading to the show via my sweet-ass rental car!
I'm not sure the situation or how crazy it's gonna be at the camp, so at the very least, it'll be a hell of a lot easier to find a spot, and set up in the light of day than the blackness of 12:30am.
FYI, we may have one more spot in the car if anyone needs a lift.
No campsites...but yet, space to pitch a tent all around the 2.5 acres at the lake. Lady there is super nice and they are filling up. She says 350 people will be there and they will be providing food at night and during the day, for purchase of course.
She says the shuttle is sold out now. She said something about a bridge being out as well, so the site is now 15 miles away instead of 9-10. No difference for me, other than the parking costs...
See you there.

Was the campsite crappy or is this in inside joke? Just curious b/c if I could have worked everything out, this is where I was planning on camping.
This place was amazing. Gracious hosts, friendly jammers and no real law. It was awesome....
