I just watched it again, and even the trailer sent thrills down my spine. This must be amazing to see in a theatre with lots of other fellow fans ...
Please, Pearl Jam, consider a Benaroya Hall vinyl reissue!
i just went to the toronto film fest link and....i dont understand how to order tix for this.
i want to go to the premiere the saturday in toronto.....how do i do this?
So...if I pre-order this book, will I pay more than I would in the store AND get it several months after the release date?
I hate to bust balls, but judging by the Uke Songs stuff, predictions for pre-orders can't be good.
Think you may have meant to post this in the book/soundtrack thread! As for pre-orders, no intention of ordering from Goods, this will either be an Amazon purchase or maybe even bought while I'm in Canada.
The secret to a happy ending is knowing when to roll the credits
"September 3 is the day single tickets go on sale and from there you select which film screenings you would like to attend."
ahahhhhhhh...thank you!
i looked at the site, didn't see this anywhere.
do you know what time they will go onsale?
ive never attended a film festival screening, no idea how any of this works.
all i know is mr. dream and i definitely want to go!!!

Either buy one of the packages for multiple films, or wait until 3 September when individual screenings go on sale. Alternatively, you can wait in line at the theatre on the day and see if they release any.

idk why, but i dont see this info on their site, obviously i am not looking carefully enough.
i just wonder when on the 3rd the sale starts, and is it through the TIFF site? dont want to miss out if at all possible.
idk if mr. dream wants to see any other films or not, also being our first trip to toronto, also want to explore toronto...so only so much time to go round!
the film will be playing in NYC at the IFC Center but when I click the link there's no info about PJ20 and when or how to buy tix :?:
how do you know it's even playing there?
i havent read thru this whole thread...not even the first post fully  mea culpa.
ive been w/o internet for a few days, just popped on here a bit ago to catch up, saw all this film/book/soundtrack news, and sure, just running with it all in excitement.
i really, really hope to catch the premiere while up in toronto, but i would, either way, also want to catch it in NYC....so will definitely be on the lookout for any/all info.
That's pretty awesome for the festival to have a U2 doc and a PJ doc the same year.

The lovely lady on the phone that helped me out over @ TIFF this morning said they would go on sale to the general public @ 7am Toronto time. Either be @ their local box offices or buy them online.
I wish that the 10club had some tickets to see at their showing. They could reserved a hundred or so seats & sell them here. I won't mind paying a few more bucks if I'm getting it from the 10club. I just wanna be there & with my friends to share the experience together.
That trailer made me SO EXCITED!!!!! Ahhh buying tickets for the Sept. 20th E Street Theater DC showing!!
