    And new tour dates!!!!! I am so mad I missed their amazing Jersey shows last year so I will not be missing the Summerstage show.

    I was just about to post these on the first post. No CT date, so I can either do Boston or Central Park. I hope Central Park date is a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

    Central Park show is a Thursday and I have a Thursday night class. I tried not to schedule any night classes and now I don't know what to do.

    This is a tough decision.

    I prefer the original rumored title Get Well Soon Everybody, but I'm very excited for this.

    From what I've read this album is going to be somewhat comparable to Summerteeth, which is my favorite Wilco record.

    I dig the album cover as well.

    The live versions I've heard really sound like Summerteeth songs

    Gotcha. I chilled with one of my grad professors @ EV in Boston. He has seen Pearl Jam 30 times and has posters from the 98 tour framed and hanging in his office.

    Needless to say I go in there, listen to pearl jam radio, and shoot the shit.

    I know a few English teachers and they are all big Wilco fans.

    When I skipped classes in college I wouldn't even hide the fact that I skipped for selfish reasons lol. If that is the only class you miss, then it isn't a big deal at all. You will regret missing the show, but not the class (as long as its not a test).

    In the past i've gotten in on presales for wilco. Does anyone know how you sign up for that now? I looked on their website and did not see anything

    If you received them in the past you should be all set. I don't think they have sent any emails out for presale information on the upcoming tour.

    On their Facebook page, they said the site will be back up tomorrow. It crashed yesterday with the announcements. I guess Wilco fans are crazy like PJ fans.

    I was previously signed up also, and havent rec'd any news from them when they released all those dates...If you go to their site, all the way down on the left you can sign up w/ your email again. You'll just have to reply to the email confirmation they send you to confirm.

    Per their Facebook feed:

    "We will announce on sale dates for the North American tour next Wednesday, July 6 at approx. 2pm edt. Note that this is the announcement of the on sale dates. Not the actual on sale date."

    I would imagine that this will include pre-sale info.
