IMO the USA leg hasnt been so 'essential'...Can limit the purchases to the munks and the sperry......(and the NY2 which a friend kindly picked up)...

perhaps (in view of Brads interview) Ed is too involved with the creative input on the solo posters? After all we had the mark5 that was rejected, the Tom Tomorrow last minute poster which signals maybe another one cancelled, the Aus shows that went without posters......I could be way out here but people Like Klausen need free reign to create that amazing piece. After all I will NEVER understand why the hawaii art print was rejected. That is a wonderful design. simple and beautiful.

Is that the Perth one you're referring to?

I liked it, I really did, but it didn't say 'Perth' to me... but I was still happy to own it

There have been some duds on this tour... philly St Louis, and another couple including Mark 5s first poster on this tour...

No not the Perth - i too like that a lot....the Klausen Hawaii from 2009? the art print one? Ed rejected it and used the truely horrific alternative

A slew of Mark 5's and two more Soto's which might be companion pieces to Providence? Mamma mia I'm a gonna go broke.

Ah yes whoops... I thought you were referring to how perth was 'rejected' by some as it was similar to Hawaii 06...

Yeh the one you were referring to was a beauty... Don't know what happened there...

I don't like it. I'm very surprised with myself because I should like it. It's too similar to the Chicago prints I feel but not as good as those.

I like the Seattle poster from last night, Munk One is certainly hitting the spot on this tour. Though, I think on this one I would only buy if I attended the show.

Few off line connections before the sale but when the official time of sale began it was a pretty smooth transaction purchasing his Pearl Jam prints.

Many user's don't like using bigcartel's shopping system. I don't know about you but I think it's great. Wish though they could cut down the 30 minute max in cart deal. Detroit & Oakland were gone pretty fast that after an hour or so a few copies were still available. But after then Oakland completely sold out. As for Detroit right now, there are 18 copies left.

    I LOVE THIS POSTER!

Interesting though that it was not Soto...what do we now make of his "triptych" comment?

He would probably offer 2 prints for tonight's Seattle show. Just like how Roland Tamayo offered for Copley Symphony Hall.

D'oh! I never even thought of that. You are probably right.

    Can't wait to see 'em!

Holy shit balls... this poster showed up in the mail today... it looks so fantastic in person that this picture doesn't do it justice.... Poster of the tour by far...

The metallic gold ink looks so awesome, words can't even describe....

The poster is stinking up the entire house though... so fresh...
Houston, Texas... Believe it or not, there are 7 million people here... must be a couple of fans who'd love to see you play.

Wow, I was few days off the line and now I get to see 3 new posters :o that is like triple dose of sugar in my blood :lol:

Munk One; at the first look not bad but not great as Chicago and Minn for sure.

Soto did a great job with triptic now how the problem would be to get this set

You're welcome. I should be in bed. An incredible night. An incredible show. 4th row. Dead Center. Amazing. I stayed up and took the time to get some good images of these posters because they really look quite beautiful in person. I really didn't think I'd buy them but then I saw them in person and couldn't really help myself. It's been really great working on this thread all tour and I hope everyone enjoyed the images that I've posted here. Now, let the debate begin on the best of the tour and maybe a bit of sleep for me. ;)

Has anybody put together CD artwork for this tour based upon the posters from the shows?

I know this has been done for the last few Pearl Jam tours by some very clever persons with skills I wish I had.
