    I've been current wince 2006 and have only received 2 Deeps and 3 Christmas singles. not really much point complaining about it. this is the oldest most repetitive of all the complaints about tenclub. it's not run that well, or they have idstribution problems. whichever it is. both probably,

    but when they get it right they get it right. it's ok to hope for what promised from them. it's only gonna cause you grief if you really expect it though.

    is what it is.

    Just to contribute to the thread, I have been a member for quite some time, and was a member for a few years before I had to lapse it, and then rejoined for my current place in the queue. I have never received anything from the 10C. No single, no Deep, not once--only things that I have ordered from Goods (which arrive promptly). That being said, I am only a member/became a member because of my love for the band; not for tix or the single or the mag (although it would be nice to have them). And the perk of the people I've 'met' here is a plus. ;)
    So, OP, you might be waiting awhile. :D

    i pay for 10C tickets, i flip through deep mag when it comes and don't have a record player, so couldn't care less about the single. it's the same BS every year, don't understand why people still complain about the delay.

    Deep mag? What's that? Seriously- I have no idea. Although I've been a long-time PJ fan, I've only been a Ten Club member for about 8 months. I've never received a thing from 10C so I've begun to think maybe my money just buys me access to the 10C store... which is fine because I bought the Christmas singles that are still available from previous years and I'm a vinyl junkie but still, I'd kind of expected more from 10C.

    these things are always late and this year they are setting up PJ20, so it's slower than usual. since you are new to the club, welcome enjoy the wait! :lol:

    yes, it has some interviews/contributions from each band member etc, some cool pics and stuff.

    I am exactly the same,been here online sice 2005,my join date on my avatar is way off.I was a postal member from early 90's until I transferred to online.I have never received one item as described,no single,deep,nothing ever.
    I have ordered goods which have arrived in good time,except the one poster I bought which took 12 weeks,as was stated it would in my order.12 from US :? I have friends there and stuff I send and receive are with me/them in less than 10 days,yet a poster took 12 weeks :roll:
    But I love the band and they are not responsible for the poorly managed side of the club so heyho. :)

    An idea could be to say that they only dispatch Ten Club items 3 or 4 times a year and state what months they would do it and keep to it. Not saying that we would get anything during the months stated but that is when they would post items. For example if the Club say quarterly they would post items in March, June, September and December. They may not get anything posted in March or June but get something posted in September. It's the not knowing that gets most annoyed.

    I'm sure it can't be that hard to set up as I assume we all got an email recently saying that our order is on its way for the stickers and patch. The email doesn’t even have to say what is on its way, just something generic like "Ten Club merchandise is on its way". Also, for those of us who have to wait 4 to 8 weeks for delivery at least we would have some sort of idea when we would receive the item. It may also reduce emails to the club saying "where are my membership items" which I must admit I have done :oops: .
