    I swamm yesterday probably a 1 1/2 mile felt really good the water must be around 70 degrees at the beach , i don't swimm in a pool till probably the middle of October ....

    1.5 bowls of cajun soup
    1 ham sandwhich
    1 piece of bbq pork on a stick
    1 serving of yellow rice
    3 cups of coffee with this bad ass creamer
    1 big slice of angel food cake

    Hey yeah i hope to get my swimming in tomorrow but the weather has sucked the last couple of days i'm hoping for some sun , yeah the water is the best for bad knees & hips shoulders etc etc ... Have a great weekend ..
