    I just found a discussion thread....made a list of everything that might work and/or has been tried....I'll bring it up with my oncologist.

    I talked to my oncologist...he recommended acupuncture for my feet. it makes sense that it might work but a) I've about had my fucking fill of appointments and doctor's offices and b) I'm not sure insurance would cover it. the oncologist said that with my kind of chemo, the numbness usually goes away within a month. so, for now, I'm going to tough it out (and complain to anyone who will listen :lol: ) and take some B6.

    Hey Rob,
    Checking in to see how end of treatment is going and it looks like the 'late effects' are hitting early! Sammy had neuropathy and Neurontin helped him a lot. He has had PT twice a week since treatment ended and now does not limp and can run again! I know there are scary stories out there but there are good ones too. You can defeat the shittiness of chemo...it just takes a little time. I also know how frustrating it all is. You and Sam should talk sometime... :D
