hockey uses an organ sometimes, although i think it's mostly recorded, but during game action there is no fake noise filling the areana. once the puck drops, the noise stops. best rule in all of sports. same thing with baseball. you get an intro music when a new pitcher comes in, or when the batter comes to the plate, but during game action, no bs noise.

...well, except for the fake organ though? :?

there's absolutely no nonsense in the nfl during play. college basketball and football are awesome with the bands. anything organic like this is cool. an actual person playing something---band/organist, that's it. anything else blows.

nba games feel like a hip hop concert collided with a circus.

I couldnt believe how much time they let the Celtics run off the clock before fouling them. That was ridiculous...

I wish Caron Butler wasn't hurt for the first round. Dallas is a much better team with him playing.

hard to blame them. generally, on defense, the knicks stay as far away from their opponent as possible.

    hey. oh.

    i don't think so.

at the same age, mj was in the beginning of his 2nd 3 peat.

if not for that whole aids thing, magic definitely had 3 solid years left in him at that point. he was still playing at a high level in '91. shouldn't a die hard lakers fan know that? ;) only kidding dude!

against the hawks, it's definitely possible.

i will say though, i certainly did not see this effort out of them coming. kudos to you, 81. the bulls will destroy them in the 2nd round.

I told my friend who loves the Spurs that they are like the movie "Old Dogs".....5 years ago they might have been funny, but now they just suck.

the old dogs analogy would have worked better if you said they were funny 15 or 20 years ago.

    still, nicely done though.

i'm honestly shocked. not because orlando is anything great...but i saw the sixers really handle the hawks multiple times and they just laid down and died.....

bulls/celts eastern conference finals. lil rematch from couple years ago, eh?

these playoffs have been great thus far.

hawks are an odd team. good solid talent, but not really a great team, but Orlando was Howard, mini me nelson and a washed up cast of characters.

atlanta fans blow. worst crowd i've seen in the playoffs.

    Bulls should handle the Hawks.

Boston/Miami is a tough call, although i'm leaning Miami right now, that could easily chance after seeing a game or two

the west is such a mess right now. i'd take OKC regardless of who they play (SA or Memphis). I'll take the Lakers over the Mavs/Portland. I'm still calling the Mavs frauds

miami is -190 in the celts series.
