and yes ponc we gotta figure this shit out.
The sad thing is I was at the bar with Unlost Dogs and a couple others and Youngster came up, he told us you and Fenway were down in the seating area, pointed you out from the back, and I said, "I gotta say hi to Steve and Fenway", got to talking with that group, Fenway came over started talking to him, and before I knew it you had headed out. But I did see the back of your head from about 20 feet, so we're making progress. ;)

Sorry I missed a few of you at T's, Crazy Breed, Steve Dunne...we'll have to meet up in June...and Jimed you must have been damn close to me at the show, would have enjoyed meeting you and discussing the epic season that was 1978...hopefully next time you trek home.

Great way to spend a Sunday night.

    Hey man,

Sadly had to miss the preparty @ T's, kind of what happens when I'm in town for a short while, have to visit friends, family, etc. Only way his wife would let my friend out for the show is if we hung with her and their kids preshow ... oh well, as you said, still a great way to spend a sunday night.

If anyone's heading west for the EV shows ... or for the rumored pj dates ... hit me up.

Head still ringing from last night!

I had an amazing time last night. Tres Mts. KICKED ASS! I feel so lucky to have seen this band live. I ended up getting the 2nd row right in front of Jeff. He was so close I could have touched him...but I didn't.

I got a Tres Mts. sticker from Mike! And a fellow 10 Club member gave me one of Mike's picks that was thrown into the audience. :D Dug shook my hand during one of the songs.

I didn't get to meet Mike or Jeff but it was an amazing night anyways.

    Thanks guys!!! :|

See you all the Ed shows in June...

Something about you saying you saw the 'back of my head' is a bit unnerving...at least it was from 20 feet!

I seriously gotta figure this video uploading/youtube thing out...my video angle is the bomb. it's not perfect, but after striking out on not getting a cd, poster, or t-shirt, this is a great souvenouier.

i really hope E gets that picture up of his t-shirt that he gave to McCready...it was awesome!

So much fun meeting all of you, gentlemen. If shades are RAISED hadn't been wearing his 10C hoodie, I wouldn't have gone up and said hi. I'm so glad I did. :D

I was about three people from the stage, right in front of Mike. Some nice fellow gave me Tres Mts. sticker. And I caught a pick.

I now fully understand what it means to have one's face melted.

All of them, just fantastic. dUg's vocals, Richard, Jeff, and of course Mike... you'd think they'd been together for years.

I'm glad I listened endlessly to the record and knew the words. And howled them out.

I knew at least 1 of you had to be on the board, if not both.

I actually had a question for the other girl. At one point there was a guy that bumped into me and awkwardly stood next to me during the opening set. Then when the artist had 1 more song to go, this guy tapped your friend on the shoulder and asked if he could stand in front of her for the last song. I swear he said he was going to leave the spot when the song was done, and she seemed ok with that (although a little hesitant). Sure enough the song ended and the guy proceeded to stand in that spot for the rest of the show. I *think* that's how the situation went down. If so: class act buddy. Way to weasel into a spot that you had no right to be in. I am pretty sure he is on this board because he said he was involved with some of the pre-show charity events from time to time.

(and if I don't have the situation read correctly, my bad....carry on)

I was a bit surprised that Jeff wasn't as interactive as I thought he would be, he is my fave PJ member but it seemed like he stepped back and let the other guys take over while he sat back and had fun, which was great don't get me wrong! Certainly my favorite side project from the PJ guys so far!

He acted almost exactly like Stone did when Brad played The Paradise several years ago. Kind of avoided the spotlight and let the rest of the band ham it up.

it doesn't matter if Jeff stepped back or not...the spotlight belongs to Mike....he's the master in so many ways!...little spit fire...fucking love that guy!

ok the spotlight thing has been mentioned a bit... you all don't mean it in a negative way i'm assuming?

mike loves the music... and loves to perform... and loves to interact... but i don't feel like he craves or needs the spotlight... right?

i think we focus on him and therefore our spotlight is on his amazingness

i just don't think he's a spotlight ho... and i'm guessing thats not what you mean?
