Well thank you Ten Club for FINALLY getting it right for the Perth shows.

If and when there is a next time it's Ticketek / Ticketmaster for me. :|

Guys, has anyone thought, it was not the Ten club who got it right/wrong, the venue or ticketing contractor (ticketek) allowed ten club to have really good seats in Perth whereas the other venues mixed it up?

Whatever the method of ticketing, I'm sure 10c do the best they can for us and I'm more than just thankful for the awesome selection of tickets I've received over the years in multiple cities in Oz and USA.

    Great job 10c

nope. anything that ever has and ever will go wrong is ten clubs fault. it's their fault i'm fat, and i hate them for it and will not be renewing my membership.

i just wish the 10 club lovers would stop sticking up for them when all the facts are there, ten club made me eat cake. 10 club, you suck.

I defend 10C cause they've never done me wrong.

I still maintain that at these shows if you're inside the venue then theirs really not a shit seat. They're small and intimate

Having row 5 was definitely glorious last night. But just being in venue was amazing.

And at the end of the day 10c guarantees tickets to PJ.
They didn't have to offer 10c an exclusive sale at all.

Sucks that others have had bad experience with 10c but I have very a whole lotta love for them.
makes much more sense to live in the present tense

 So anyway if I don't renew in November and my membership expires, I won't be able to post on here anymore, right? I would definitely miss that part of being a member. :)

I don't blame 10C. It was extremely disappointing at the Adelaide gig (Sunday night) that the promoter released ROW B, C, D, E seats at the door, so majority of 10C members purchased another lot of tixs and then tried to get rid of their 10C tixs... It seems for the Perth show that the promoter didn't keep back 'prime real estate tickets'. Hey i went to MSG last year and got Row K :o:D and that was my first time using 10C for tickets. Getting inside the venue is the most important part, everything else is a BONUS :D

Not that I was there, but what makes you think a majority of 10c members purchased another lot of tickets and then tried to upgrade?

Because i saw it with my own eyes! Quite a few 10Clubbers were still lined up out front of the venue waving their 10C tixs trying to get rid of them after purchasing the better tixs. I was trying to sweet talk the lady at the ticket box to swap mine over but it was a no go. I ended up purchasing a row C ticket 10mins before Ed came on stage from a guy called Brendan (he requested Untitled that night!) who had a spare as he couldn't offload the ticket. I made him a offer and let my 10C ticket go (it was upstairs). The sunday night show was frustrating in regards to tixs as the promoter released amazing tickets at the venue that night :( But you do what you have to do, my brother was fine with me leaving him to sit in a better seat  He was giving me a little bit of grief as he added up the total sum of all the EV tickets i had purchased

I think we get a couple of months to renew after the expiry date and then if we don't it's goodbye forever.

 no encounters after the 2 shows.... I'm content with the moment I had with him in Adelaide thanks to you :D .... Perth was really really good....but my best show was definitely Adelaide 1 set-list wise and the crowd was really good that night seeing as though most of the front rows were 10C'ers which set the tone. But then i cant pick between Perth and Melb... melb might of had more obscure setlist but the crowd definitely wasnt as good... in either case I'm bummed and happy the tours over....can start saving for the next one :D.....shame you couldnt make it over.

Ah, some people may bag little ol Adelaide but when it comes to PJ/EV gigs, they are more often than not exceptional gigs! Hey our friend Ed commented how much he loves Adel to our lovely security friend hence his desire to do signings that night! Next time we will get the autograph ;) Glad to hear you enjoyed the gigs, and i understand the bummed and happy sentiments. What a wonderful idea, SAVING for the next tour :D;) Have to say was a little surprised that there weren't some 'special/rarer' songs pulled out for Perth :o

I was hoping for either MFC, Sad or Harvest Moon...thought he was going to try and play Light Years after some guy yelled it out....or even Can't Help Falling In Love.... Would love to be able to afford plane tickets to seattle for those 2 benaroya shows but I figure I'll have to wait until next year for the USA and try and work around going there for PJ shows or maybe back to europe

Right, so it's a few people then. I think I know who you're talking about. The usual people looking to get an upgrade. Not exactly a majority. It's probably the Brendan I know, too.

I'd imagine mostly people would be happy with what they've got, just happy to be in the room. My impression across the East Coast shows.

Didnt really notice it in Melb when I was there but yeah that first adelaide show was pretty bad...heaps of 10c tickets were in the lounge and circle...
