OMG dont get a poster laminated or blockmounted ever especially one of the EV tour
ones.... get it framed with a matte but dont block mount or laminate...
Your poster is not your normal paper one..
U would notice its better quality than other bands posters
Its silkscreened is a limited number printed..
So please frame and matte it :)

check out this place and u will understand why u should block mount or laminate
Threefish10 might be able to tell where in brisbane is good to get stuff framed

    Ha ha.

I don't get the big deal, the dude wants to block mount it it's up to him, it's his poster. Sure the hard liner poster freaks will freak and talk about diminished value and what not, uv glass this, matte that, but really it's up to the guy.

I have a shit ton of posters is a tube and have been for ages. guess I'm going to poster hell for not storing them flat.

Its just a cheap to get a 20 frame and 20 for matte than to block mount..
I think its a bit tacky for something thats made so well ... just my opinion,,,,,
Yeah I still have posters in tubes and posters sitting between timber that should be very flat by now
and an empty folder to put posters in... I had but put the kids art work in one.. still a bit worried about them bending a bit in the folder.... anyway Ive gotta do that soon......

    Ive got 6 hanging tho...

Have we been able to ascertain if the posters are being sold with poster tubes? Or will I need to bring my own and book them into the cloak room. The last thing I want is them to get ruined on the flight back to Perth or even at the show!

    Cheers

EMEK's are always interesting.... just wish I was capable of getting some.... I've become completely obsessed with his work, and he's the only artist I have difficultly scooping up when he puts them on sale... I haven't scored on any of his sales since August....... it sucks.... wonder what his print will look like though...
Houston, Texas... Believe it or not, there are 7 million people here... must be a couple of fans who'd love to see you play.

Certainly 100% up to him. But I can say from experience there I have a few that I drymounted and years later really regret doing so. He/she might someday too. As aus_suz said, it's not much more expensive to throw it in a cheap frame without drymounting, and doing so is completely reversible. There's no coming back from drymounting.

And sure flat is better than tubed, but you can only do what you can do. We'll all say a prayer for you and I think you'll make it. :D

The first 3 show's, have the prints been selling out? Both the tour print & the show print?
Sucks there's no max limit (1-2) prints per fan.
