as many others have already said, these prices are getting out of control. Over $100 for a ticket, almost $50 for one shirt, $15 for 3 buttons and stickers, and $10 for a coozie?! yea...it's all about the fans, taking a 400+% markup on items when spending is becoming tight around the world due to rising energy costs

No kidding...my first PJ concert ticket cost less than one of these T-shirts! At $100 for a ticket, a T-shirt ought to come free when you walk in the door...

Bear in mind the venues put anywhere up to a 50% mark up on all merchandise items in every single venue. This happens everywhere.

I was thinking about this poster since last night - I wonder if it's meant to demonstrate Brisbane rebuilding after the floods?

I'm not sure what the inspiration for it was but it fits so well with what happened to us in January...

Not sure if this was mentioned elsewhere, but the 3/12 print is up for sale at http://www.munkone.com/shop/?p=536

because it was only announce 2 days before all shows went on sale to the general public, after the ten clubs sales had already gone ahead.

Can someone please advise if the posters were coming with poster tubes or not? I would like to know if I should bring my own to the shows as I don't want them getting damaged.

When I got my poster last night they had no tubes, so I'm definitely taking one with me to the rest of the shows I'm going to.

I'm guessing this will be real nice in person. Apparently it's a diptych too so we kind of know what's coming next...

Yea... unfortunately I can see the mirror image coming on the other side, just cause of the structure... not that it's a bad thing, just don't see any surprises...

at the same time, I bet an uncut sheet gilcee would kick fuckin' ass

I agree with no surprises. If the two posters were screened together I'd be interested in seeing uncut sheets. The white border on each seems to lend them better to being framed side-by-side. Not sure he'd re-release as a giclee, but I could see that looking nice.

Yeah there was a bit of discussion on that on Night 1 in here...
Left of the tour and left of the Merch....
I hope Ed realises there are Tasmanians going to his solo gigs :)
I know its not Ed's fault but whoever does the merch design should know

The same shit happened long time ago in 92 when they did Italy without Sardenia :o I still have that shirt, cartoon style with Dave A.
