Zurich 2000. Absolutely fantastic show. Strangely only Porch and Alive from Ten, great run of songs from the main set, NAIS and Off He Goes are excellent, the "man" trilogy is another highlight and I wish they'd still play Thin Air once in a while because it's such a beautiful song. One of the nicest setlists from the Euro tour. I intend to take in Salzburg today too!! :)

    You will LOVE Salzburg!

I only got hold of it last week (nearly completed the 2000 tour!) and I can't believe that one of the last of that tour that I've heard and it has simply the best version of Breakerfall I've ever heard!

Eddie sounds down right angry when singing it. Not with the amazing crowd I might add - just how his vocals sound. In fact I even wondered whether C. Love had said something in the press that day or something ;)

In fact pretty much the whole show is one of those where you can't believe that he didn't just totally fuck up his voice!

I know Salzburg very well, I've been listening to it for over a decade. The improv is the best I've heard and is maybe one of my favourite PJ moments ever. Sometimes and Present Tense in the same setlists always makes for a good show.... :D

Oracle, hope you enjoyed listening to 9/7/11 Montreal! It was my first full PJ show, and I felt like I died and went to heaven! :D One of the great highlights was "Black"-from where I was sitting, it looked like the entire audience was singing along! :D

I don't mean to offend anyone, a lot of what I say should be taken with a grain of salt... that said for most of you I'm a stranger on a computer on the other side of the world, don't give me that sort of power!

Belfast 10. My second and possibly favourite show. I know Berlin has greater significance and it was incredible to be there but to get Sometimes, my favourite song ever as opener, second favourite Present Tense and Tremor Christ, No Way, Insignificance, RVM, Low Light, Crazy Mary, Jeremy, Leash, Black and SOLAT!! I couldn't have dreamt up that setlist! The crowd are a little low in the mix but it's still great to listen back to it. :D

Buenos Aires 2011. Honestly, going by what I've heard so far I can see this boot being in everyone's top 10 in future. Everyone should be able to witness a PJ show with a crowd like this, it's just so amazing how they bring the carnival atmosphere with them and maintain it throughout the show. I've not heard anything like this! This sounds much better than the radio broadcast too. Release sounds really good in this kind of atmosphere and right after it ends the crowd go into their ole, ole, ole, ole, Pearl Jam, Pearl Jam routine only for it to get interrupted by the intro to Go so they just sing the riff to that instead! They do this for almost every song and sometimes start up their own songs which the band obviously loves as they give them time to be playful. There are no quiet moments here at all! The extended crowd singing after Black hasn't been edited out which is great because you just don't hear things like this very often and at one point Ed jokes, "next time we should pay you." I can't begin to explain how good this show is. If you don't get goosebumps listening to this I suggest you check to see if you actually have a pulse! Oh, and Mother will never sound better than it does here! Fucking awesome, must have, one of the all time great shows! PJ, next time you go on tour include BA again, this should be an annual event....
