The Ben Harper vinyl sure is a bargain, but I listened to the snippets of the songs and didn't really like them that much. The album he did with R7 was great. He could have sticked with them... And I got those two amazing PJ vinyl records in my Super DeLuxe box set yesterday...

Sony should be commended in this instance for getting it right.

Its a shame they were not consistant with this approach, but on this occasion.....this was great customer service.

I pre-ordered this only last week-after they extended the release date until April 11th. Guess what arrived at my apartment yesterday, on April 11th? The Super Deluxe. I couldn't believe it. That was quick!

I go the same mail, and also paid by PayPal, and also received the box-set yesterday (and the pre-order bonus mp3s e-mail last week). No idea what is going on, but it looks like they've messed up and haven't charged either of us enough, but are unable to do anything about it, probably due to us paying by PayPal, and their systems not catching it in time to prevent the items being shipped. Has the money left your account yet?

i paid with paypal at 2-2-11,they took the money the same day...and now they cant do anything9charge more) cos its paypal..
