its not the waiting the problem..we learn to wait..we are the 4-8 weeks international fans,,we know.we always wait no problem..its sony service .is the bullshit and the lies..Sony will cancel our orders,for make us re order in higher price..an d before that,we will sent us mail,we lost your address,,etc bullshit...

I understand the gripes, of course, but to me its just a delay, and a delay i can live with.

some kind of annoucnement would be in order and I'm sure that will come when the problem gets sorted

taking into account time differences, it's now almost past 29/3 here and i've got no notification of the 6 bonus tracks download.

i guess for some of us, the *REAL* release date of the super delayed box is "on or before 11/4".

meanwhile, back at the ranch, we gaze into the distance for something, anything of real substance and believability from sony or 10C....

i am in asia also and i got the "on or before 11 april" standard reply. here's hoping it's not another 4 - 8 weeks after they finally say it's shipped before i get it and that's provided they don't push it back even further come 11 april. heck, i may actually get this just before the annual single.... woo hoo!!!..... :roll: :roll: :roll:

i guess i should have known when 10C said sony was shipping as they can do it cheaper, which = longer wait time and no coordination / idea. :roll:

i know Paul..in the end of the day this isnt of the important things in life but its really sad that so big companies have no respect to customers and from the othe rhand there is a small business like kufala that have the best service..

So do these things really sound any different? I'm not ready to hand over the money yet until I have a good reason. I only bought Ten because O'brien remixed it. I've heard sound clips, but can't really tell what kind of treatment any remastering may have done.

I can tell a difference on some songs, but on others I hear no difference, and I was listening with audiophile headphones on. I'm not always good at spotting differences though. Like on The Beatles and Stones re-releases I had a hard time hearing the difference. Except for on the Stones albums where the original CD versions had been released at the wrong speed. Even if they weren't that much different I thought this box was worth it for the Bonus Tracks, like the alternate version of Corduroy which I didn't have, and the Orpheum concert. I haven't gone through and compared all the songs, but I noticed that Go sounded much clearer on this version, and the guitar sounded better on Rats.
