I wrote on release date not before. I don't remember exactly but it wasn't many days late as it's going to be now (or weeks this time...)

Got it the first day it showed here, the first minute, i got it...
They charged me no Vat, and one euro to the credit card (my bank erased it, because it was never charged)
Now i was thinking i would never see the box unless i order it again. But they are canceling orders now.
I'll wait for the 11th.
It's hitting stores now for 230€, it was 430€ back in Feb.
It's just not right :(

Handling this directly would end in huge shipping fees plus even bigger duty and shipping times which would be just crazy.

This year i paid $38.87 for the VS. AND VITALOGY two years ago i paid $50 for TEN box, not that big a difference, imo..
I can live with this delay and im still very excited and looking forward to get my box, but the "No answer policy" the "No information service" that MyPlay offers, is just killing me...

Yes but import duty would be another 50 if not more.
The Ten SDE is a different story because it was released regularly so there was a choice there. If i wanted that i would have bought it in a store or ordered it within the EU to avoid import duty and pay a reasonable price for shipping and received it in reasonable time.

MyPlayDirect is part of Sony. The Editors boxset that was also due out yesterday is dealt with by the same people. And as I've previously mentioned there has been problems with that too
