I never could get in to Nirvana (Kinda hate them), are Them Crooked Vultures any good?

    Rico,

Give Nirvana's first album, "Bleach" a listen. Always loved this album and has some great songs. :P

Looks like Foo Fighters will be headlining Lollapalooza this year, which means US tour dates should be happening soon!
They probably won't be able to announce any dates until Lolla is announced/sold out and there can't be any dates too close by too soon...
Yeah. I know we'll get dates soon. They go to Europe and end on July 10th, but then it shows them going back on August 20th. Lollapalooza is happening in that gap. So hopefully we see dates around that time. If not, looks like an arena tour late summer/early fall.

I love the NME link eerie gave us.

I'm seriously hooked to that link. Thanks again eeriepadave! :D

Dave likes cheese. A lot. He’s “not down” with goat cheese, though, because it’s “too sour” and he imagines “sucking a dirty goat’s tit”. “Whereas a cow,” he says, “with those big supple handlebar nipples, I'll suck the hell out of those.”

Just got my vinyl copy of this album. There has been vinyls that have definitely sounded better than CD or MP3, but in my opinion, this one blows every other sound away. The vinyl is literally perfect.

Can't wait to listen to it! I think it sounds really good is because they recorded it on analog.

Very true. I think the tape would be worth it alone.

Awesome. :D I gotta say that Foos really promoted this album well, from the Facebook "radio", free album preview and releasing the documentary on national TV prior to the album going on sale, as well. And the bonuses of the Ed Sullivan theater and this link above showcasing the entire album? God, if only PJ's management could do justice like this... Great album + Innovative marketing + good PR = Magic!

It also helps that Dave Grohl doesn't age!! :D
