Just got back from the Vancouver show. It was pretty damn good. So much less hassle than PJ shows. No lines to get in. Short lines and no problems to get a t-shirt and poster. Good times

I was there!
Classic Foos show. Very Loud. Enjoyed it immensely.

I'm not sure it was because it was an Arena show, and I'm coming off stadium shows, or if PJ fan's are a lot more die hard than Foo Fighters fans. Last night was so easy. Way too easy for a concert. Wanted a poster. We showed up at 6:30. No lineup to get in the venue. Only about 10 people (including their guests) in the merch lineup by the entrance we used. It was an arena so we got really good side stage tickets (row 12). We actually had spare time between buying a poster and the band playing. There weren't beer lineups (so many different places to buy beer). We found this one area with some tables, a closed bar, and an open bar, and had a few before the show. Foo Fighters posted on facebook at that opener is at 7 and Foo Fighters at 8:15. Opener started at 7 and FF at 8:18.It fest so easy. PJ shows are full of lineups. Lineups if you want to buy something, lineups to get in, lineups for GA. This show felt like a vacationThen the FF proceeded to rock the shit out of the arena for over 2.5 hours. I especially enjoyed the Under Pressure cover. That girl could sing. It was funny watching them quiet her mic, but then turn it up once they noticed she could sing, and then Taylor let her sing some full fledge lines. The cover of Jump set to Imagine was pretty funny.Helluva good night
I think it's pretty crazy, that arena shows feel smaller and less crazy to me. I can see why there's people posting comments about wanting PJ to go back to doing arena shows.

When we saw PJ in Tampa in 2016, it was also more laid back -- the floor seemed like it took forever to fill in and we had no trouble getting our posters and merch at a stand inside the arena and there was no line.Tampa 04/16

Picked up the San Jose FF poster on the drop the other day -- it arrived this afternoon. It is gorgeous - F4D studios. Thinking a plain white frame for now.
Hoping to score the Emek on his drop later this week. Our bedroom is painted eggplant and we're making galaxy fabric covered cornices for our windows:

Scored both. Husband got the Nintendo on the drop for F4D studios. It arrived earlier this week and it looks awesome. Going in our media area with our video games, DVDs, etc.
I nabbed the Emek on the drop today. First time I've tried to score any poster on artist drop -- talk about Stress! This one is going in the bedroom next to the PJ Madrid.
