This is my favourite beach, Semaphore Beach. I live and work here and every year we have one of the biggest kite festivals in the world.
When the kids were small we would go down to the lakefront in Milwaukee and fly kites...
lots of others there too doing the same. This picture brings back happy memories for me

Don't forget South Beach...just a short stroll away, the best sounding waves, ever. Florencia Beach is my favourite on that side of the Island.

I noticed a lot of driftwood in some of the other pics
I have great memories of long water walks admiring the driftwood on the way, weathered wood,
natures nice addition to any body of water
