By distributor I mean wholesaler. They sell to the packies, bars, etc. They've had a pallet of 162 cases on their floor since Friday, but not one case has made it onto a truck for delivery to stores/bars yet. I can't tell you why they've been held up, but they have.

Fish Finder shows nothing within 100 miles of Atlanta. The distriburtor, Savannah Distributing, said they show they are supposed to receive it on 11/4. One of the largest beer stores here said they are still waiting on approval of the label??

Here in Pa Dogfish beer is extremely easy to get. Hell my place has 4 diff 750 ml bottles and all the normal ones in 6 and 4 packs everyday. Jersey has many many places that carry up to all diff styles as well. So i've had almost every poss beer they've made in the last 3yrs.
Not quite sure of what ur problem is? But if u get ur hands on it Mr beer advocate let the community know what ur expert taste buds think? Hopefully u don't have to pay $50 a bottle!!!!
What you have probably isn't limited edition...hence the reason it's readily available.
Could be a little while before PA gets it. I've heard could be next week. I've heard it could be January...which could put it at unattainable if the brewery decides to sell the product...

If it takes too long for the state to approve the labeling and product, breweries sometimes sell the allotment for that state to either other states or at a place like their own brewery or brew pub. The brewery for Dogfish isn't in PA...

i just used the link to see if they had it anywhere withing 100 miles of my town, and the town i will be traveling to in mass this weekend, and in new hampshire on the way...nada.

But today I spoke with someone at a place in Mentor Ohio who said they heard from the distributor that the state of Ohio was getting ten total cases. She didn't know if they would get any.
I friend of mine suggested we just make the road trip to Delaware and pick some up. Does the brewery still have it and would I be able to buy at least a couple of bottles?
