Ah - remember the days of the synchronized Yield listens while we talked about the songs? Its been a while.... it is one of their best albums to listen to in the car.

Perhaps it's time for another YIELD night on February 3rd, 2014?

Yield is a hallowed ground and should always be talked about but I am happy to report that I find many similarities in L-Bolt as I drive around everyday for work and have been playing LB every day since its release and finding similar Yield like feelings emanating from it.
  • My favorite album of all time is Yield. That is the best trilogy ever!

Right on. For years I have hoped for a gig like this and it finally happened. Sadly I was not there to see it.

Yield was the album that hooked me. I was a bigger Soundgarden fan before Yield

Yield was the first album I purchased just as it came out, having discovered Pearl Jam a while after No Code was released.  I always considered it as an early birthday gift (my birthday is Feb 4th) and for that alone it has always held a special place in my heart. Plus, it is amazing.  I even own a Yield sign.

I am just a dreamer, but you are just a dream...
If I knew where it was I would take you there.

Yield is great. I mean, the four previous albums were all far superior to it, but no album after Yield has been as good as Yield.....for whatever that's worth.
